Excellent cooked to order breakfast with a good choice of items to suit your requirements.Plenty of toast white or brown and tea and coffee.

Nothing as previously reported. Excellent accomodation and food with the little extras that make it special

Great room in fabulous old house just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The room was bright and spacious with some lovely added touches i.e flowers and fruit. Comfortable bed in a spotlessly clean room. The breakfast choices were very generous and we opted for the full English breakfast which didn’t disappoint. The host was very friendly she made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived.

Great location in a lovely part of Harrogate. Chris was a superb host and our room was lovely . Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. Highly recommend .

Chris was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful, we parked just outside the front door and we were given a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location. Breakfasts were very good. Thank you so much, Chris, we'll be back.

Great location

Large rooms with period decoration, nice attention to detail, very good breakfast and excellent hosts…loved our stay.

Not really anything other than steepish steps up to front door may present a problem for more infirm visitors and street parking may not be right outside the Dales but slightly further down the road if on a bank holiday and nice weather with people visiting Valley Park opposite…don’t think this is a deal breaker …

The car parking was a bit away from guesthouse, but I think it was due to children's holidays, and using the park opposite

We were made very welcome and our host was super helpful. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Convenient location for the centre and a beautiful large park opposite with play area, cafe and toilets Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious with good options available.

The Dales is a superb guesthouse with little touches you may not get in a hotel, like fresh flowers and fruit in the room. Lovely hosts, exceptionally clean and great location. Nothing not to like!

Room was exceptionally clean and a good size. En suite was large and shower was double the normal size with good pressure. Location was also very good opposite the park and an easy walk to all the shops and bars in the town centre. Chris the owner was very friendly. Would recommend.

The Dale's is spotlessly clean, with very good internal decor. We received a very warm welcome. We felt very relaxed the whole time we were there. The breakfast was cooked to order and very well presented.

My husband enjoyed the free sweets by the door, it's very convenient to the centre , opposite a lovely park. The fresh fruit breakfast was the best I ever had

The toiletries were ok, 8 usually pack my own but the body wash was the combination type hair and body , not a fan personally, also the round little soap, again not for me, nothing wrong with them really but not for me. Only thing out of their control was the very hot weather, we had a fan in the room but it was so hot that weekend

We could not fault staying at the dales. What a fantastic place to stay. It's the first time we have had fresh flowers and fruit in our room. Best breakfast we have ever had, compliments to the chef

The Dales is in an ideal position for all amenities, the hosts were helpful and accommodating we had a pleasant stay with excellent breakfasts

Excellent b and b. Friendly hosts, excellent location opposite Valley Gardens, 10 mins walk to restaurants etc. Plentiful breakfast with great choice, all freshly cooked. Well recommended.
