United StatesMy room was next to the fire door. This meant that every time a guest walked through the door, there was a loud slam. I also had to clean the vents on the blow dryer before using, as it was completely clogged with lint.
The room was lovely though the view out the window was of a parking lot. The food was delicious, beer choices solid. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was very nice.

United KingdomThe only thing I noticed was a noise coming from the location below my room (No 7) It did not have an affect on the enjoyment of my stay, but it was noticeable none the less.
From the minute I arrived the staff were attentive and so welcoming. I settled in, had a lovely meal and some drinks. In the morning breakfast was served efficiently and with friendly staff. It is the second time I have stayed at the Devenshire and will definitely return again.

From the moment we were cheerfully greeted upon arrival by Kirsty, one of the owners, to the sad day we had to say goodbye, we could not have asked for anything more. Our room was pleasant, clean, quiet and spacious with all the comforts of home and the food was amazing! You won’t find a nicer group of people than at The Devonshire. Every single person at the inn and dining house was so kind and helpful and made my friend and me feel so welcome; they couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. The fact that this charming, historic inn is in the heart of picturesque Grassington is simply the cherry on the cake!
