Very clean. The rooms were cleaned throughout the entire stay. The hosts had kept everything restocked all throughout the stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Our stay was for 4 nights. Matt & Amanda were exceptional hosts. Ideally located, 15-20 minute walk to the harbour area. Gave us some good advice of places to see and recommendations of the best places to eat in the area. Made us feel very welcome. Even left us a couple of chocolate muffins in our room as it was my birthday 😋 Room was spotless. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room, Mini fridge was a bonus Loved the full English breakfast, but there was plenty of other healthy options.

Great hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was superb. The electric door locking feature gave an enhanced sense of security during your stay. Would definitely look to return again in the future.

Amanda & Matt were fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit or eat. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was really lovely, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast in the morning was a lovely selection, catering to individual dietary requirements, and the cooked breakfast was fantastic, especially the poached eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Only very minor thing, the road outside was very noisy and with a very loud motorbike every morning.

Amanda and Matt were so welcoming. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the whole place just had a lovely feel to it

It was perfect so nothing to write here.

Communication pre booking, customer service and warm welcome, interior decor of entire property, comfort of room, lighting, push carpets, exquisite decorations, delicious breakfast with a goid choice of options. Everything was carefully presented and a real credit to the owners. The property is conveniently located with parking to the front.

Everything was good

The location was about a 20 min walk to the harbour but there is a bus stop outside of the B&B which ran every half hour if you did not fancy the walk so it was not a problem . The beds were very comfy ,shower good ,everywhere was very clean, Amanda and Matt were excellent really helpful . wonderful breakfast.

Not one thing Devon holiday

Matt and Amanda are the most lovely hosts can not do enough for you. I am celiac and they accommodated me and I have to say the food is delicious. It's a 20 min to 15 min walk to the town. Amanda is very knowledgeable and gives you the information about how to get around and places to go restaurants very helpful. We have loved staying here. I will be telling family and friends to use the Devonshire Villa if they come to Devon

Not much to complain about. The only thing was there was a nearby house having a pretty loud party, no fault of the B&B but we shut the window which improved things.

Spacious clean rooms with all the amenities. Fresh bedding and towels. Our room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, fan, tv, hairdryer and fresh milk. The breakfast was delightful and filling.

With my friend we went to do the Lundy Half Marathon and needed a base The room was immaculate and bed comfy. Also hosts got up early to do me a runners breakfast on the day of the race. Normal breakfast on our leaving day was very good.

We spent just the one night but it was absolutely lovely. The owners combine warm friendliness with utmost professionalism. The bedroom was beautifully appointed with everything you could need, sumptuous. Breakfast was brilliant with an excellent choice of quality options that demonstrated that using first class products really makes a difference. We wish them every success for the future and long may they continue.

Shower flow is a little bit weak.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Nicely decorated and all the facilities you need for your stay. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of options. Very professional and helpful host, would definitely recommend and visit again.
