The only thing it is not soundproof. Six guests turned up and they were altogether and speaking very loudly. That went on until late in the night. That is not the owners' fault, but the place is not soundproof. I wish guests that stay in these places could show some respect for the people other staying there and be quiet.

The room was small but for the price it was okay. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well. We could not get a park out the front of the building but got one in the side street not too far away. We got take away at the Chinese shop which was close.

First class location for the ferry terminal. Had a bit of difficulties accessing the keys but the proprieter dealt with this promptly and efficiently.

Google maps had me walking in the opposite direction. When I called the Dublin Packet it was difficult to work out with them where I was. The light in the bathroom not working. When opening the door to the premises the steep stairs start almost immediately so difficult to get in with a bag and shut the door. Such a little space especially when solo with no help.

Noise of people coming and going. Earplugs are a necessity for a good night's sleep. Not sure I'd stay longer than a night but Holyhead itself is not a place it's necessary to stay in unless you have to!

Clean, comfortable and convenient location for the ferry. It is a shared bathroom (with four rooms) but we didn't find this problematic. It was all we needed for a one night stay.

Good place, I saw a lot of hostel because I traveled a lot as a solo traveler backpacker so seemed to be a safe place. The only thing is from the room by night during the weekend we could hear very loudly the noise of some clubs. But it’s an ok place! Not too bad for a city.

Stairs very much a problem , they were quite steep and not the best for people with mobility issues . The one toilet and shower room , it could have done another toilet or the rooms would have better with there own toilet .

The bathroom was shared and during the night there was no obvious or easily accessible light to help you find the toilet. Perhaps an automatic lighting system would help?

Toilet. We had to wait for 1/2 hr first thing in the morning to go to the toilet whilst other resident was showering. Pity.

High stairs with heavy luggage didn't help getting in and out. Room a bit crampt to move around. There is no chair to sit on, only beds. Observed black mould behind the wall that should be looked at! No toilet roll holder in the shared bathroom.

Great location and friendly staff! Public transportation, including the ferry terminal, are within walking distance. You don’t have to go very far to see the Irish Sea. Parks nearby, and Holyhead has some of the friendliest people on earth.
