It was a lovely , quirky clean establishment, the room "Clouds' was lovely, very clean had everything that you could want. The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch, good selection of breakfast available

In the hallway leading up to our room it was extremely hot (which was noticeable in our room as well) and the windows in the hallway could not be opened.

Very friendly manager and staff. Eccentric but very cute design of the hotel including the rooms. The bed was freshly made every day. Great location to take the train into the heart of the city.

Rooms were hot, a fan was supplied but air conditioning would be better.

Well maintained rooms in a boutique style. The pub below the rooms was beautiful in floral decor that up the stairways into the rooms. This was the pub that the iconic photographs for Pink Floyd’s “Animals” were shot from with Battersea Power Station opposite. Now perfect position for shopping and events in London as only 22 mins from central London.

The food was delicious no excellent.Beer& breakfast was delicious 😋.Staff were very friendly and very helpful .what a great time thank you. definitely a return visit👍

It's a pity there are so many distracting screens with sports channels. It makes the pub less inviting.

The room was too hot with limited options to cool it down. Handing the key into the bar every time you went out was annoying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The attention to detail in all forms was superb and the decor, throughout the whole bar, outside and rooms was absolutely amazing. I would definitely book to stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

It is on a very busy road and was noisy at night but it did not stop our enjoyment as we were aware and would not hesitate in returning.

We stayed on a very hot day/night and the room was on the 3rd floor and had no air con and the safety catches on the windows meant no way of cooling the air down. There was a tower fan in the room that recorded the temp as 35 degrees so not exactly conducive to a comfortable nights sleep. Not the hotels fault though, they can't help a heatwave but maybe air conditioning is something to look at in the future

Room was cozy, but that wasn't an issue as it was just the two of us.

The pub decor was gorgeous. Drink on arrival and wasn't rushed to check in. Good breakfast in the morning. Quiet despite the location. Addition of a standing fan in the room was a lifesaver as it was soooo hot.

The room was really hot. It was a hot day of around 30 degrees and the room was very warm. A fan is provided but it isn’t enough.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also great value with a welcome drink and breakfast included
