I have absolutely no suggestions! Everything was well-thought-out.

The room size was perfect for one person, and I had everything I needed. The shower was immediately hot, no wait needed! Breakfast was copious and delicious, the presentation was lovely. I also enjoyed a wonderful roast dinner with family. The common spaces were pleasant. Lisa and John were most gracious hosts, and I enjoyed our conversations.

It was all good. Aiming to revisit (with wife this time!) and hope that the bar/restaurant is fully functional.

Private parking area so no worries about parking my motorcycle. Staff were very attentive, room was excellent and the view over the village was lovely. Breakfast was really good too.

Shame no food available due to new government regulations not making it viable to hire staff of which there is a shortage of anyway

Nothing, for us everything was perfect.

Lisa & John were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room, "The Yarn Market" was large and comfortable with a very comfortable bed and a superb shower, and the view from our window on to the High Street was a bonus. Breakfast was superbly cooked and delicious, not serving dinner was not a problem for us as there are many great places nearby and Lisa & John are happy to reommend. Being able to park behind the hotel was a big plus. We hope to be back very soon

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Suburb location for exploring the North coast of Somerset. A charming hotel with lots of period features. The hosts couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast set you up for the day. Would stay here again.

A beautiful, welcoming hotel run by lovely people. We were given an "attic" room which was delightful. The linens and towels were fantastic, as were the details in the room (even down to the top-notch tea!). There are comfy seating areas on the ground floor for a spot of work or reading. Breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. One of the nicest small hotels we have stayed in - can't recommend it enough!

The host's John and Lisa were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotless. The area was very interesting and historic. Would definitely visit again

A beautiful family run hotel, owners were lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Room was excellent. Large comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open but there are plenty of other options in Dunster and facility to store in the fridge was very useful. I hope to come back some day

I'm a wheelchair user, and struggled to get into the bathroom because of a step. I couldn't access the main hotel alone because of step, but the owners provided a ramp and helped me in.

Breakfasts and the evening meal we had (roast dinner) were excellent. John and Linda are lovely people and willing to put themselves out to make my stay enjoyable.⁷ Anything I have scored slightly lower is only because this is not really an accessible room. But I enjoyed my stay in Dovecote room.
