We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCould probably do with a wee upgrade in the bathroom, was clean enough and facilities very good too but a bit dated to be honest. Plumbing quite noisy and floor covering could be doing with renewal. Maybe consider a bin in the room as we had to take any rubbish to the bathroom bin. Had 4 coat hangers in my room but my friend had to come and borrow 2 as she had none at all.
Staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Room was very good, bad was comfortable. Nice carpet in room too.

Its location, it was very clean, the staff were exceptional and could not have gone more for us. Fabulous restaurant 100 yards from the hotel and a good breakfast just 200 yards further on into the village.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for, which was a bed for the night close to a wedding venue. It doesn't serve breakfast and the facilities are relatively basic, but that is reflected in the price. The room was clean and comfortable and met my expectations from booking.com description and ratings. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly, and enabled us to check in well ahead of the stated check-in time which really helped us given the time of the wedding we were going to. She gave us helpful advice about getting to and from the venue, and was up late at night to serve us at the small bar when we got back, as well as joining us for a chat at the bar with some locals where we had great fun meeting some new people.

What a nice Hotel. It was on the main road, but wasn't noisy at all. It has a great pub with lovely staff. The landlord Debbie and the bartender Alex were really great. As we stopped here for the NC500 she gave us some good advise where to go. Looking forward to come back here on the end of our trip on the 10th of May
