United KingdomThe room was lovely and an attic room. The only downside was that it was too hot even with a fan in the room. It needs a cooling unit to make it comfortable.
The Farm House location is centrally located and perfect for visiting the area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in West Malling to choose from.

United KingdomThe walls are very thin. You can hear what is happening in the other rooms which isn’t great. Our shower tray also flooded both times we used it. It needs to be fixed to avoid water overflowing and going all over the floor in the bathroom.
Really central in West Malling. It’s very quiet even though it backs onto a pub. The room access was very reasonable as well.

United KingdomOnly 1 toilet roll.... and not even a full one.... only realised this in the middle of the night when the property in not manned.. we were given an emergency number to text but it was stressed to us ONLY to be used in an emergency... so we didnt. Room opens directly out on to Beer Garden within a few feet of people drinking outside... a bit unnerving. Broken Ironing board. Tea/Coffe tray very minimalist... and no Biscuits... would expect more for the money.
Great Location and lovely pub and Beer Garden.... Food was also very good... but expensive. Staff all very freindly and clean. Room also very new and clean and nice big TV.

The room was lovely and they have gone to a lot of effort to make it look nice and inviting. It was. I wasnt in the room much as it was a quick stop over for business but I had a good nights sleep which is important.

Location was perfect, staff were very good and friendly. Room was quiet and away from main bar so no traffic noise. Was clean and spacious with a very nice coffee machine in the room.

United KingdomYou can hear everything from the room above and the stairwell unfortunately. Maybe could do with some sound proofing. We had a very noisy couple above us who were shouting late in the evening and started at 6.30 in the morning, stomping around, banging things etc. This obviously was not the hotels fault but is something to take in to consideration given the price of the room for the night.
The room was nice, good size and bed comfortable. Bathroom exceptionally clean.

NetherlandsThe room could use some proper dusting and spider webs removal . Beds are medium hard , there are 4 pillows. All of them are pretty flat and stiff , if you use two on top of each other they still will be stiff and not very comfortable. Decorative pillows didn’t work either. If you struggle with hotel pillows definitely try and bring your own ! Bathroom : there is quite a spacious shower with only ceiling rain shower however glass door could use some limescale removal especially at the bottom ( it was orange and black at some places ) . I travel with my own bathroom spray and removed and cleaned it all my self as I Iike the spotless clean shower! It took 10 min and shower looked like new! Maybe consider cleaning showers once per week thoroughly? Also shower could use some new silicon job :) Toilet is facing wall radiator which was also pretty dusty and not clean ( I wiped it my self it was nice and shiny after that :) ) Also there isn’t much space between the toilet and the radiator so you kind of have to sit a bit sideways. Not much you can do about that but just saying. The part about cleaning was written by my wife :).
the location and the restaurant, staff in the restaurant was super friendly and food was delicious! Definitely make a reservation on time they are very busy! Also the room was nice and spacy!
