Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe hotel rooms are owned by a separate property business leaving the Toast staff (a breakfasts and brunches business) to issue room keys. However, there was no evening food which was not indicated. For evening meals it is necessary to travel to another pub. This is not made clear in the description. It is Impossible to get hold of The Flyford by email, phone or Facebook so no way of knowing the food situation until you’re there in person. Neither does the description indicate that The Flyford no longer exists as a gastro pub with rooms. This needs to be updated on Booking.com. Breakfast facilities are supplied by Toast, very good. Sadly there was a mix up with the room keys which meant one room was issued to two separate bookings. Toast manager was most apologetic and did her most to sort this issue out. Rooms overlooking the main road can be noisy from about 7am onwards. Rooms at the back of the property are quieter.
Easy to find. Not far from Evesham and Worcester. Fantastic breakfast.

United KingdomIt is a very busy pub with rooms. The hotel didn’t advise us on check in that if we don’t prebook a space for breakfast it was unlikely to get in. As it is a busy ‘country type’ pub the staff focus on the local regular trade instead of visitors. Unfortunately I waited for about 20minutes for a drink (coffee) on morning then was advised it would be busy and recharge!
Clean bedrooms and design good for three space and size of rooms. Very comfortable bed. Clean linen.

United KingdomThe bed was comfy to sleep in, but the solid wooden bed stead was a bit big for the size of the room and I hit my leg twice on this going to the bathroom, other than that a lovely stay.
Room was nice and clean, although on the small side and the staff were nice.

United KingdomBooking.com sold it to me under false pretences. They say it has a restaurant, but it doesn't, not in the evening. Which is the only reason we booked. The rural location becomes an issue if you need to travel to eat. Sort out your descriptions Booking.com. The fact that I had to pay an extra £20 to get a cab (which was difficult to find and an unneeded hassle) something to eat in the evening, was not priced in and the rooms are over priced as a result. They do breakfast, but we didn't want it. Under new management who couldn't handle putting on dinners, so everything you read online is the old management. Totally misleading.
Nice pub in beautiful, rural location. Rooms clean, well decorated and big enough for 1 night stay.

United KingdomOur rooms were on the second floor. Not normally a problem except that the stairs are VERY steep and climbing them whilst carrying luggage was difficult. On the top staircase the hand rail stops short of the landing. Not so much of a problem going up but when coming downstairs you have to reach out over a very steep staircase to even reach the top banister which is dangerous and unnerving. I think you should mention this to customers and perhaps advise that it’s not suitable for older customers - I am 75 and would have had difficulty without the help of my fellow travellers.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable

United KingdomA slight issue in that we arrived late and even though we had emailed to say we would be checking in late, there was no message or idea of how to get in. It was by chance that we found an open door and a room with a key…so I would say better arrangements for late arrivals would be good. Tea/Coffee making facilities all there but not enough sugar etc for the 3 days we were there. Traffic/Road noise is noticeable but did not keep us awake
It was convenient location. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of space for clothes and bits. All accessories you might need were easy to find. Shower was excellent. Would definitely stay again and very happy to recommend.
