Not a complaint, as it’s clearly stated in the description, but the mezzanine bedroom is for the flexible, luckily i am a fit sixty four year old.

Nicely organised kitchen and lounge area, everything works and all very clean. Plenty of pans, plates and equipment. And it was nice to have olive oil and ground coffee etc for us guests.

It was very warm in the sleeping area but fan was provided. Which was a big help to sleep

If you have mobility issues , the mezzanine level could be a challenge but we were warned well in advance and it wasn't a problem for us at all.

The forge is a lovely, quiet studio with a mezzanine bed area which helps with privacy and comfort. Very clean and well furnished.

Wonderful place – we’ll definitely come back! Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! It’s a quiet, cozy, and warm space that instantly made us feel at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect – close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The host, Alex, is incredibly kind and helpful – communication was quick and easy. Amazing value for the price. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Everything you need for a quiet stay whether for work or pleasure. Whole apartment to yourself. Quiet village location close to Chippenham. Alex, the host, was friendly and welcoming and always made sure the wood burning stove was lit and going when I arrived back from work, nice touch thanks Alex :).

Alex was so gracious, and he even dropped us off to the airport. Amazing place, loved the fireplace. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely place, however you need slippers here as the floors are stone.

Lovely self contained place to stay clean tidy everything needed already there like a small house with a clamping feel, wood burner ready to go and kept me warm all night was really really good the host was very welcoming and I can't thank them enough for a fantastic stay. Will stay again when I'm in the area.

Only filtered coffee was available and unfortunately the TV signal stopped working quite quickly, however the owner was happy to help if we contacted him, we just didn't stay for long due to ongoing travels so didn't need the TV on.

Owner was very helpful and friendly and there was everything you needed there. Shower was really nice and bed was comfortable.
