Bed and pillows. Bed and pillows were horrible. Bed had a reverse hump in the middle. Pillows were very flat and poor quality.

Welcoming staff and immediately we felt at ease and relaxed although we were very early for checking in .Gorgeous room and a beautiful meal prepared by resident chef Mike whose standards are exceptional. All went above and beyond. Definitely visit again soon.

Shower in Bath which was raised up on a plinth so quite a height to get in and out. Needs a hand rail to make it safer to use for stepping out.

Bed was not that comfortable. It was a lovely mattress but seemed to go down on the sides, perhaps the bed had a board in the middle underneath? We only spent 1 night here so didn’t mention it ( we’re British!)

Beautifully situated in the Cotswolds and close to a wedding venue at Stone Barn which we were attending. Lovely surroundings outside and next to a river with lots of seating outside. Old beams and quaint windows. A kettle in the room with a good selection of teas and coffees plus biscuits. Superb breakfast and selections. All cooked freshly by the chef.

Relatively small choice of mains on the dinner menu

The situation of the Fox Inn is delightful, the river windrush was a few metres from our window. Our room was comfortable and dinner was enjoyable. Staff could not be more helpful.

Clean, excellent dinner service. Food exceptional and not overly fancy. Just well executed. Amazing wood fired pizza - better than the real deal in Naples! Great local ales, friendly attentive staff - couldn’t have been more helpful.

The Fox is a beautiful old pub but providing a contemporary service. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable but quaint.

The location for us was perfect, a 10 minute drive to The Farmers Dog. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The bedroom had everything we needed including a fan which I ❤️ the view from our window was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and it was lovely and dark and quiet. The breakfast was lovely and hot. The scenery is stunning with lots of parking. My boyfriend liked how we could get to our room via a few different ways not just one. I would highly recommend The Fox Inn and I would definitely stay here again. Well done x

You could not go out onto the balcony as there was a notice telling you not to step outside. There was also some stairs going down at the end of the room which was a little concerning if you went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The room was very scenic and quite large. There was a really good view from the balcony windows. The bed was comfortable and had a foam mattress. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Good range of toiletries and very clean.

Some of the fittings in our bedroom were a little tired, so could do with a small update.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast and the location was perfect for us as we could sit out by the river.

The hotel was so lovely, we wish we could stay for longer! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and decorated to a really high standard, the bathroom and shower was perfect, the food was also amazing, we had dinner and breakfast, both were to a very high standard, and the staff were very accommodating in every aspect.

Quiet location, but centrally located in the Cotswolds area. Nice and clean room. And we liked the food in the restaurant downstairs. No need to go out at night to find a place for dinner. Staff is friendly!
