We have been very kindly welcomed by our host at The Gallery Flat. The appartment is comfy, on two levels, with a lot of space for a family of 4. The big kitchen with a direct access to the small garden is nice. A free parking is available just down the street and the local shops are nearby as well: very convenient! The location is perfect to discover the region, which deserves the trip for itself.

Minor but the door on the main double bedroom catch did not work so could only close the door to not shut it properly. Not an issue for us as were 2 couples who are good friends but other people who stay may be an issue to them.

Parking was down a hill. Disabled daughter struggled with hill so had to drop her off then go park. Was driving when host messaged regarding keys so had a little wait to get in but she also went out of her way to come pick keys up.

Location was ideal, Plenty of room, clean, Big kitchen area, Friendly host, Host went out of way to collect keys on departure. Lots of information and recommendations given regarding dining out. Would book again.

We loved the location of the property, a short walk into the town centre and a lovely park area. The flat is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Maureen was there to meet us at the flat and gifted us eggs that her chicken had laid. There was everything in the flat that we needed for us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and extra blankets in case we were cold.

A banister on the stairs down to the kitchen would be highly beneficial. My mum is elderly and disabled so found it difficult to get up and down.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Town centre about 2 minutes walk up the lane. The beds were fantastic and comfortable. Everything you could need. The host Maureen was lovely and I loved her art everywhere.

The only downside was the parking, my mother in law has limited mobility, we had to be dropped off at the property for my husbad to then walk back from parking the car

Excellent comfortable accomodation, Maureen was such a helpful host including putting up a travel cot for my little one. It was like a home away from home!

The internal door knob had been broken, and was due for repair, but this made it difficult to exit the building.

The flat was cosy and warm when we arrived and clean. We had a warm welcome from Maureen. The beds were comfy and we had sufficient blankets and duvets to keep us warm. There was ample space to move about. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The location was great with a park nearby for walks.

We did not get as much time in Kirriemuir or at the property as hoped and would like to return. Needs a new tin opener.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I do have a slightly temperamental back!

Maureen was so kind, friendly and accommodating. The property exceeded our expectations; the pictures don’t do it justice. It is well equipped and a real home from home. Kirriemuir is a lovely, lovely town, with everything you could need and well placed for exploring the local attractions. We really felt comfortable and safe, and loved every single minute of our stay!

Nothing. If I was being picky, a baby gate would be good but that's just because I had small children.

Flat was cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds were good too. Maureen was lovely and she met us there when we arrived. Pub and food just minute away. Chinese was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks again. Will return!!
