Had a courtesy call asking if I would like a free room upgrade. Which is awesome. Everything was so good. From.entry using the key lock box, it was so simple and easy to use. Lots of parking. Room was very clean, spacious, bath tub, TV, coffee machine etc. really really nice room! Breakfast... Well what a delight that was! Everything you ever needed with fresh cream, fresh apple and orange juice teas coffees, hot food sausages, bacon, hash browns. Honestly the dining area was so nice and food was definitely 10/10 Staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome! Honestly, I cant wait to go back and stay again. Thanks!

Great location, lovely family room and excellent breakfast. Ryan couldn't have done more for us - he even dropped me at the airport to collect our hire car after our flight was delayed. Outstanding.

There was hot chocolate but I don't like that having that before bed. I will admit I'm not the best sleeper and was awake both mornings early ~4.30am by the light coming in from the side of the blinds. If this could be reduced that would have helped me but I guess others could suggest that I wear an eyemask.
The bed was comfy and the room was lovely. The cooked breakfast was buffet style where the food was really tasty and good quality. We had an early start one of the mornings and thankfully we were able to arrange to get breakfast at 7am so we could still start the day with some food to set us up for the day. The setting of the B&B in the grounds of Coombe lodge were also stunning.

However the host, who is not connected with the hospitality company who control the larger site, dealt with it extremely well.
Breakfast excellent, the host was formerly a chef.

Our stay was great we had access to the lovely grounds of the lodge and the walled garden. The views out over the lake and the surrounding countryside were amazing. The breakfast was great and the host had time. A great place to relax.

Ryan was a great host, very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend The Garden House to others. The breakfast was good and great value for money, and the accommodation grounds are beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bed comfortable.
