Needs decorating, needs a new settee. A lot of cobwebs, could do with a good spring clean.

Comfortable Stay and Great for Exploring We stayed just one night, and the place was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed and even parking on the driveway, which was really helpful. The location was OK – a short walk to the seafront with a great modern playground and some nice bars and restaurants. While the town itself isn’t as charming as some other coastal spots, it’s a good base for exploring the area. Hosts were helpful, with clear instructions and quick replies.

We loved the apartment, the location is fantastic jus a short walk to the beach , trecco bay caravan park. Any many local pubs. The apartment has everything you need and is very spacious lovely and clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic Chinese takeaway right opposite which is very handy.

Arrived Friday evening, woke up Saturday morning and there was no heating. This couldn't have been predicted by the hosts and they were there in minutes to find/solve the problem. The problem was solved by lunch time.

Great location parking right outside plenty of room in the flat/Apartment Everything that you would need was there. The host lived very close by so was on hand within minutes for any problems.

The shower is quite confusing. A few of us struggled to get hot water. The sofa bed, although comfy, was in the room by the front door. Personally I think it would be much better in the living room. The person sleeping there would have more privacy. Only one toilet roll provided it wasn't a problem as we arrived early enough to catch the shops.

The property was roomy and clean. There was a small issue with parking that was sorted by the host on arrival. Plenty of plates, cups, and cutlery. The oven was very good. The host showed us how the boiler worked. Beds were comfy.

The only downside but wasn't major the internet in the property wasn't very good, but that didn't really affect us.

The decor was lovely the beach vibe was very relaxing and we had a good nights sleep.

Some of the property is in need of an upgrade, the lounge furniture is wearing somewhat, occasionally there was a slight smell of dampness . On the last night the smart tv sky broadband failed which was disappointing. We saw some complaints in some reviews prior to our arrival, but overall, I think this property for what we needed was ( if you're not expecting perfect) a well located very good value for the price paid, holiday stay .

Andrew met us on arrival to hand over the keys, explain the wifi, tv, gas boiler water / heating controls, etc. We stayed with our two grandkids 8, & 6. The accommodation was just fine space wise for us, and reasonably well equipped. The bathroom is ok, the shower was good. It is situated on a main road, (you can park on the front), but only 30 yds from a single track road (direct to the beaches which are massive, sandy, and have the odd period of surf waves) on which the kids could safely use scooters or 10 minute walk along. The track is next to Parkdean resort Trecco Bay caravan park with an entertainment centre, you can visit and get day activity passes, or a swimming session. Sunday being our arrival day with nothing much open, it was nice to have a Chinese takeaway across the road. The property is 10 minutes walk from the fairground which has £10 wristbands 5-9pm 2 nights per week.

First impressions were good. Seemed clean & well presented...... but it's in need of a refurb. The furniture is worn & uncomfortable. The internal doors are ill fitted & blow in the wind. The oven was dirty & filled the space with a dirty, smokey smell. I think the property had been empty & unheated for a while, resulting in a heavy musty smell throughout.

Friendly host greeted us. Kind welcome pack which was unexpected. Decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. It was competitively priced. Close to the beach & local amenities. Off road parking. Served it's purpose for a couple of nights away during Christmas week.

The whole apartment smelled of damp mixed with fabreeze it was very off putting. It needs a really good deep clean and some tlc. We were planning on cooking in there but we ate out at all times. Luckily there is a Greg's and a co-op nearby as the oven is disgusting. At times we felt unclean in there. The bedsheets stunk and were damp we had to buy more from ASDA. Needs a dehumidifier in there. The back garden stinks of dog wee. The fake grass needs disinfecting. I like the decor as it has come back in fashion again from 25 years ago when it was first done. The rugs are dirty.

The location is near to the town centre, beach, fish and chip shop, bars, Indian restaurant and the amusements and fair which will unfortunately be closing soon.
