The only thing I can say is therr was no storage in the room, but if your only going for a night or 2 it would be fine.

It was a perfect stay for the night.

One issue is the inside door handle of room 1. The two screws at the top of the handle are not attached. So top half of the handle comes away from the door. Needs attention but useable if your careful. The room was boiling. It was a hot day 26+ outside. BUT after opening the window fully for 30mins or so and with the fan on it soon cooled down. So not really an issue. It will be brilliant for winter! The double bed bottom sheet had long black hairs on it (I’m blonde) and had dirt marks the foot end. It didn’t bother me as I had taken a sheet with me, due to the heat and I slept on top of the duvet. These are just tiny issues that shouldn’t put you off staying here. These things happen. The only other issue was the aerial for the tv, it rested on the headboard of the single bed and kept falling off when my child was in bed. She wasn’t impressed being hit on the head in the night. There wasn’t anywhere else for it to go tho sadly so we had to leave it where it was. Again nothing major at all. It’s still a lovely place to stay

Fantastic communication after booking. Gave all details in advance so could be at the room at sorted for 3pm. Emails updating me with my requests and what the process was to get into the room came through with no issues. Room was lovely, plenty of space. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tv had Netflix etc so bonus for my child. Bathroom was clean and towels provided. Also we had free mini toiletries for the shower! Bonus. Tea/coffee facilities, ironing board/iron, hairdryer. Also a fan in the room which was needed! It had everything you needed. Made our stay a breeze. Close to shops and entertainment.

Only one bedside table and shower could do with somewhere to put you shower gels etc.

Nice modern room with lovely bathroom close to the town centre easy to check in and out as all instructions are sent to you via a message from owner on the day you check in .

No parking, there was no restaurant at the property while it was showing when we booked hotel. Near small gate we found deep without railing.

Smell of weed when entered building, wifi rubbish and tv rubbish/no channels due to poor wifi.

Yes it was nice. Lovely room. Very hotel style. I knocked stars off as we could hear every one else in every other room . The location could not be better . Contact to the host was very easy, sorted parking passes for our car in a few minutes. Id go again- kind regards .

Fan in the room didn't work and could have done with where the kettle was being closer to a plug socket. I did enquire about staying an extra night but was told was fully booked even though booking.com I could still book a room which I didn't understand

Only slight issue was noise from guests staying in the room above. Lots of noise from just general moving around their room.

Could do with a wardrobe to hang up clothes. Lock on bathroom door was broken.

Once we stayed there for two night, no one replied when we asked to change our bedsheets and main door was not closing properly. One day One of the drunk guy entered within this hotel and swore us.

Main thing is it is closer to sea and main town.

I didnt like how uncomfortable the beds were. I didnt like that there was no one around if you needed help you had to text them or ring them and sometimes they dont answer
