Nothing major to complain about. Everything was as expected and we were very comfortable throughout the stay.

The property was very clean, spacious and well looked after. The living area was lovely and bright with comfy seating and a great view. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and good Wi-Fi. Netflix on the TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The area was peaceful and the private parking was super convenient.

Only slight complaint would be that tv in kids bedroom didn’t work properly and seemed that the only plug to plug on as so far away from tv would mean dragging it across half the room, not very practical? And through no fault of host we got a wasps nest and they decided to start coming in to visit on last day… just unlucky!

The location of caravan was great! Not to far from centre and just up the road from beach? Was so easy picking up keys on arrival and owner was so helpful and reachable. The caravan was gorgeous inside,very homely and well stocked with everything we would need in kitchen

Small bedrooms

A very good location with a bus connection to Edinburgh. Nice cottage with everything you need to have a very good vacation. Owners were kind and helpful.

There were so many thoughtful little touches in the caravan and it really felt like a home from home. The caravan itself and the park were very clean and well maintained. Communication from the owners was excellent too.

The lack of a parasol for the deck area outside would have been welcome since we were blessed with beautiful weather for our stay.

The caravan has been nicely updated and the bed was so comfortable, my granddaughter and I slept well. The van was also well equipped and easily accessed from the park entrance both by car and on foot. An easy walk for us to get to the beach.

Although the owner did advise us - I didn’t notice this upon booking - NO Towels were supplied and travelling as a family with 3 children we can’t pack 5 towels. There should be towels supplied. No washing machine Any activities at the park you had to pay for and we could not download the map - for the price of accommodation. I would expect this to be included.

Not many facilities available due to winter season

Beautiful location, comfy caravan with sea view. Leanne was very helpful with our check in as we accidently gave the wrong license plate but it was all sorted efficiently.

Overall the place was very clean and tidy including bathrooms - so this is just a minor issue, there were food crumbs and dust on the inner cushion of the pull-out sofa-bed (possibly overlooked while cleaning) so we didn't use it as a bed.

Clean, tidy and comfortable, the decor and setup of the static caravan was better than the standard ones. The bathrooms were nicely decorated. The kitchen well stocked with cooking appliances and crockery, cutlery, etc. The TV was great for music and movies in the evening. The location was great - easy drive to Longniddry train station to get to Edinburgh (our actual visiting destination). Our hosts were very responsive to our queries. Overall a pleasant stay.

We thought everything was lovely.

The property was very clean, well equipped and welcoming. The owners had excellent communication and were an absolute delight to deal with. The home had lovely views and was very quiet.

The Haven manages all the village facilities for example swimming pool, you have to buy at least 4 day play pass to join the facility, not sounds nice for families like me only stay two nights.

The caravan was spotless. Very modern and plenty of room. Check in instructions were very clear and easy. We didn’t book park play passes as we were doing activities outside of the park on most of the days were were staying but might buy them the next time as there was a lot of activities for kids. We loved our stay thanks!
