The position on the beach was perfect. The hotel is excellent, I was welcomed immediately by the owner, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was provided and high quality. Beach towels were press was water for the beach. Breakfast items were all high wind delicious. I cannot think of anything that I would change, perfect. The owners and staff are delightful, it was like staying with friends 😊

The room was rather warm, though a fan is provided. Outside noise from traffic was unavoidable, though tolerable for the most part.

Louise was a very friendly and accommodating host. Great location on the sea front, and near to the train station. Room was tastefully decorated, with a very comfy bed and a great view. The breakfast is great, and well worth the money.

I totally agree rooms don't need servicing every day but I would have liked a clean mug for my tea. I am sure I could have asked for one.

Many thoughtful touches such as a basket of beach towels in the hallway, umbrellas provided, nice toiletries in the room, ear plugs and a sleep mask.

The only fault which is a very small one was it would’ve been better for extra sockets in the room

The location is fantastic. The beach, shops, arcades all walking distance. The host Louise at the property was lovely and friendly and the communication if we needed to speak to her was excellent

We had a sea view room which, although beautiful, had original single glazed windows. The property is on a main road which remained busy through the night. It also had a very bright security light outside which lit the room. However, the guest house provided much welcomed blindfolds and earplugs!

Such a warm welcome from our host, Louise. Perfect location, right in the beach. Clean and bright room, with lots of lovely extra touches such as nice toiletries, a fridge in the room and beach towels and bottled water by the front door. Delicious breakfast pre-ordered the evening before. Beautiful weather was the icing on the cake.

The location of the b&b was perfect, short walk from the train station and the long stay car park, right on the beach front absolutely perfect! Louise greeted us straight away with helpful information and maps of the area, the b&b provided lots of extra, fridge in the room, fan, little toiletries even beach towels to use, nice little touch. Very happy with our stay, would highly recommend and would be happy to book there again.
