The one thing we didn’t like… was having to come home!

Lizzie and Steve were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious every day - we had 15 of them 😊 There was a good choice to choose from. The room was cleaned and freshened up every day. The location was perfect, with lovely views of the sea and canal.

A beautiful little guest house in Bude. Great value room for staying over the bank holiday weekend. Free on site parking which can be hard to come by in little Cornwall towns, and the even let us leave it a few hours after check out while we were still relaxing in town. Perfect location with a sea view, ideal as a base for a beach day, and very central to amenities in town. Lizzie was lovely and friendly. Breakfast delicious, hot and quick.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights over August Bank Holiday 2025. The Grosvenor is in an excellent location within a few minutes walking distance of Bude town centre, Bude beach & sea pool, the Bude canal and coastal walks. The room was very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, well fitted modern ensuite with a shower. The owners were very friendly and they offered good advice on local activities. The full "cornish" (english) breakfast provided was a fantastic way to start each day. There are 5 car parking bays but I didnt have any difficulty parking even though The Grosvenor was fully booked. Bude is a really nice place for a family holiday.

Absolutely brilliant, everything was perfect. Location, parking, rooms were so lovely, comfy, tidied every day. Beautiful little touches like the mugs and pictures on the walls. Breakfasts were yummy, nice choice and cooked to order. We could come and go as we pleased. Would definitely book again, if you have found this property on Booking.com then hit that button and book, you won't be disappointed x

Everything about this place was excellent ! A spotlessly clean place to stay, the suite was perfect for us. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the hosts were very friendly. The location was perfect ! Close to beach, shops and coastal walks. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future. Parking space was a bonus !

Ideal for the town and the beach. The guest house is very comfortable and the hosts very welcoming. Breakfast choice is good too! Would recommend.

Parking space bit tight, but maybe that just reflects my poor reversing skills, lol!

Friendly hosts, very helpful for local info e.g. taxis etc. Great breakfast, in light airy dining room, food freshly cooked to order. Spacious clean, comfortable bedroom, slept like a baby after my coastal walks. Easy access to SWCP heading north or south. Highly recommend this B&B.

Lizzie and Steve are great hosts, nothing was to much trouble, they recommended places to eat and shared information about Bude. The Grosvenor Guest House is in a great location for all amenities in Bude.

The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The decor was modern and very serene. We were lucky to have room 6 which had far reaching views over Bude and towards the sea. The breakfast was exceptional and our hosts Lizzie and Steve were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the town and beach.

The cleanliness of the Grosvenor Guest House was of a very high standard and the breakfast's were exceptional. Lizzie & Steve were wonderful hosts, very welcoming. We found some lovely walks near to our very central location.

Very compfy and clean. Great hosts and very caring. Nothing too much trouble. Well cooked breakfast. Location great with easy reach to walk to beach and town. Great bonus as could rinse wetsuit and costume then hang to dry overnight in shed 🤘😁
