No shower gel provided, only shampoo, although advertised as a small double it was very cosy for two people. Pulled the bed out as hard against the wall and food not cleaned from the carpet down the side of the bed

Thick layer of dust on the showerhead which needs addressing. They’re also a couple of stains on some of the sheets and there was a mark on the sink. A brown mark. I didn’t expect too much but yeah otherwise really good

The staff who assisted me on check-in were amazing, a young girl I can’t remember her name blonde, but really helpful. Really polite and very professional she needs commending.

Nothing to dislike!

As a fairly seasoned traveller with a background in hospitality spanning a few decades, I found it very suitable. It was comfortable, clean and perfectly good value for money. Seamless check in and transaction 👌🏻

sheets or pillow, although dry, smelt as if they had been left wet at some pointu to develop damp spores///easily rectified by washing at 70 degrees C.

Faeces not flushed in the toilet when I arrived. No remote for the TV. Dirty windows spoied the sea view. Room was very small but enough for my needs

The double room was more suitable for one person. Very small bed, TV mounted to the side so couldn't sit comfortably in bed and watch TV (Room 8). The website markets lovely big spacious rooms with good sized beds and we got a small double bed room which was not reflective of the photos. We had a medium sized dog with us and so it made the box room even less comfortable. No info to tell us WiFi and the window was very stiff to open and also very dangerous, child or pet could easily fall out, I suggest changing the locks so that only the top half opens not the otherway as it is currently. We we're very tired and did not complain but won't be staying there again for £88! We felt robbed. Staff were helpful, room was disappointing.

The room itself was a very hot, even though we was given a fan it was uncomfortable at times but thats understandably hard to control. Wifi was also not very good but that is not a major issue!

The view was good, comfy bed, very clean and the restaurant downstairs was incredible. Staff were also very helpful and looked after our bags on the last day which was a big help.

We booked for room 8 and after seeing the negative reviews we were a little worried but I don't know what people were complaining about yes its a small room but it was perfect for a couple, clean. Everything you need for a little getaway we had a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and modern eouod def book again.

Floor in bedroom and shower room not even Bed sloped down towards the wall Which I found really uncomfortable And when shower floor got wet with body wash my partner and I could not stand without slipping Had to hold onto the top of shower to turn around and brace my feet either side of shower When down the 2nd day to speak to someone and so told no one has complained about that room And was given a phone number to ring Which i did not do after I seen some of the reviews about room 8 Next time I will look at reviews thoroughly

Room very small for two people, due to shape of room double bed pushed against a wall , no headboard so chest of drawers behind bed moved if you did , no chairs in room so nowhere to sit.

This is not a criticism of the accommodation but i am disabled and only having a bed to get dressed from or sit on was difficult chair or stool would have been a great ascet also for me also the bed was against a wall making it difficult for me to get out of at night..but this was just for me my age and physical abilities...no reflection on a lovely accommodation ..Next time I come back I will just get a bigger room....

room was far too small for two -it was just a medium sized single room. The very small bed was placed along the wall not facing the TV - so viewing was only possible if you sat across the bed. there was a large mirror leaning against the wall but not fixed. we did not sleep well which really destroys the night stay. Bathroom was modern and fine but the shower had no place to put soap or shampoo and the floor was very slippery.
