A little noisy as there was a party of around three dozens young people staying as a group while I stayed overnight. Thumping of suitcases and footsteps well into the late evening and again early in the morning.

The sheets etc was absolutely crisp and clean, the breakfast delicious and the Sauna Jacuzzi was VERY enjoyable LOVELY. Was going to maybe eat in the Restaurant and went into the Pub...Started heaving with the VERY strong acid-weird Smell that caught the back of my throat and walked STRAIGHT out...got an return Uber to Indian restaurant KIPLINGS...VERY BEST. Hotel a bit tired, old but Staff and Spa made up for it.

Lovely hotel let down by noisy creaking floorboards upstairs. Room not serviced and needed to ask for clean cups/ more tea and had to make own bed.

Manual door lock did not work. Bathroom door would not close. Duty manager could not be contacted when wanting to use the EV charging. Room not made up.

The decor is very tired and dated. For a superior room and the price I would have expected it to be clean, the sofa bed was badly stained especially on the arm rests. Paintwork very poor in bathroom and overall not finished to a certain standard. The shower was very low pressure and shower head very small.

The location was fantastic. Room nice and big. Iron and board available. Overall was a nice place to stay. Everything there we needed. Great staff 👍

A light wouldn't turn off in the bathroom, and although the door did lock the lock knob spun around so i thought wouldn't lock so as late wedged my case in front of door but from outside was locked. Bed was a bit firm for my liking.

The most spacious room ever stayed in... Ever. Had everything i needed. I had planned on the pool but run out of time... Next time as it looks wonderful. Windows... Massive i like this as makes a lovely light room everywhere was clean and that is the main thing to me. Very spacious

Our only issue on this trip was our TV / TV remote did not work properly. I am sure if I had reported to staff they would have looked at it but it was to no detriment to our trip.

We always are made to feel welcome. The parking is great. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean.
