Nothing to worry about, the hotel was clean and warm, the staff were excellent and it showed me their commitment to the hotel and the hospitality trade as a whole.

The breakfast was excellent value for money. Freshly prepared and cooked to a high standard.there was a good choice to eat.

We got back after midnight and were locked out as fob was faulty, no one answered emergency number. Only got in as a another resident came out for a cigarette! Otherwise I don't know what we would have done. I did report it so I am sure it will be sorted but my advice is check fob if you plan to get back late.

The whole place was just gorgeous! Spotlessly clean and the comfiest of beds! Incredible decor throughout, lovely pub with outside terrace and stunning views. Food was excellent! Will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

The hotel was an approximate 5-minute drive to the town. The view from our room was beautiful as was the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will book again and hopefully for longer.

The bathroom we had was a wet room , but not to be put off I would still choose to stay here again.

Steak wasn't that tasty and cheese sauce no cheese 😫 Prefer an enclosed shower as everything gets soaked.

Great location with lovely views. The hotel is very fancy and nicely decorated to fit the style of the building. The bar and restaurant area is especially nice. The double rooms had everything needed with great views from the window. Staff were friendly and welcoming. At £90 per night during the summer holidays I would suggest is definitely value for money.

We attended for the ABBA tribute night. We had a drinks voucher from a previous visit a couple of months earlier which we were advised at the time of wining the vouchers would be ok to use for the tribute night. We were advised on the night that as the management of the pub had changed in the mean time this would now not be honoured. The night was advertised as being an event from 7pm until 12 midnight. In fact the band played from 9.15 for 45 minutes and then took a 20 minute break and then played again until 11.15pm. This was when the evening finished. We were disappointed there was no disco in between, which is what has been the case for all other such events we have attended at other venues. In all, quite a disappointing evening, given the money we paid.

The staff were very friendly , more like a family run place. very personal and not false. this place (Rooms and Pub) has had a fortune spent on it. The meals were good quality and good size portions. We stayed a Sunday night and got a deal therefore it was a bargain. I have recommended it to my friend and her partner who are very particular about high standards.

WOW! We have had an amazing couple of days The staff are all so friendly, our evening meal was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious The rooms were brilliant with amazing views We will certainly be returning to stay again
