Extremely friendly owners, very clean room and excellent breakfast choices. Really enjoyed my stay and only a short walk/bus journey to Inverness centre. Minor issue with the air extractor in the bathroom was fixed promptly and without fuss. I am staying her again, already booked!

Our host Laura was very welcoming and gave us good suggestions as to where to go for a meal. Our room was very comfortable, with an en suite that seemed brand new. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was very nice and the hosts were very sweet. We were met at the door and shown around, they even gave us recommendations for a place to eat. They were close to shopping so we could walk everywhere. They left chocolate for us and delicious ice cold water.

Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Easily accessible from town centre with 20 min walk. Room was clean and shower was really powerful (a real bonus!), breakfast choice was superb!

There wasn’t a breakfast. The location was great. The owner was super accommodating for my needs. I have already recommended this place to a friend! Plus, I loved the dogs.

The host was lovely and very helpful and gave us a lot of tips of things to see and places to eat. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and worth the extra cost. An easy 10 min walk to city centre. Good parking and two big supermarkets close by.

Beautiful room in a lovely house. Hosts are extremely friendly and nice, and made us feel at home. They shared with us a lot of great tips for restaurants and sights to see in Inverness and surroundings. Great breakfast too. Extremely recomend!

Had such a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. Stayed 1 night with my wife on our way to isle of Skye. The hosts made us feel very welcome and treated us as if were visiting family. When they heard that we are on our way to Skye, they shared all the best tips and places to go, as well as the most scenic routes to get there. Also the full Scottish breakfast we had in the morning was just so good and filling. It was very well worth the add-on to get us started in the morning. Really loved our stay there and would love to visit again if we are back in Scotland :)

The room and ensuite were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the snacks left for us and the cup of tea upon arrival. Staff were warm and friendly.
