Lovely homely hotel. Comfy clean rooms, nice furniture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful😊 Parking to the rear which was super handy. Two minute walk to the town and beach. We will definitely go back!!

The bed is noisy and the bathroom is really tiny. I wish they haven't kept the toilet rolls behind the toilet as i struggle to use it due to my slipped disc. Unfortunately not much airflow in the room.

The hotel was gorgeous compared to our previous stay at Blackpool. Love the decor and the cleanliness and the pinball game i haven't found since i was a kid. The staff is friendly, plenty drinks selection.

Very noisy. Room doors all very close and had hours of a family group slamming doors and going from room to room.

The room was very small and could have been cleaner with a lick of paint and not a full double bed.

The bed wasn't the best no plughole for a shave and ne idea why you were shampooing the carpets at 21.30 last night thought someone was pressure washing in the back lane

Great location outstanding modern hotel beautiful rooms lovely furniture everything stands outs the hotel smell beautiful from moment you touch enter nothing is to much always happy to help staff and owner are incredible great asset to Blackpool offering many facilities from food to games to hot drinks to even amazing alcohol drink selections and plenty of yummy food options dident get to try with only stoping the 1 night fully recommended keep up the amazing food work thank you again for looking after me and my family

Did not like the email on the morning of booking saying it's 15 pounds for a late key to get back into the hotel after 1 pm I expect to be able to come and go as long as I've booked my room. However, you did not need to pay this as you just got all the door keys. So not sure why they still have this in the email.

Check-in was easy. The staff are very friendly. Nice bar and games room. Family friendly place overall for 25 pounds on a Friday night not bad at all. Would stay again as the location was good.

Room was a good size. Was clean and tidy. Staff was respectful and polite. Felt comfortable immediately. Bar is well stocked. House rules are reasonable and explained clearly to you. Only downsides I could see. Exceptionally small bin in the room, better size bins lol! Mattresses was uncomfortable but bearable. Price was bang on for what you offered. Would recommend and will be back again.

room view wasn't the best could see the alley which was quite run down but could see the tower

i cant think of a bad thing to say about the hotel itself, staff are punctual and kind, for £30 a night rooms were spotless facilities are great especially if you have kids, this is a very well ran business and i would stay again

There was nothing that we didn't like. The stairs could possibly be a problem for some people, but it was all stated on the information that there were a lot of stairs and no lifts.

The staff were welcoming , attentive.. and very helpful.. Myself and two friends each had separate rooms which were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable..

Rooms are quite small considering there was 5 of us in 1 could of been a little bigger, and the single beds are quiet short in length compared to the average single bed, but wasn't a massive issue and we managed.

The guy who greeted us (sorry iv forgot his name) very friendly and helpful. Greet little hotel, really good facilities! Location is spot on. We had a great stay and would return.

There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a machine downstairs.

The people who work there were brilliant.it was clean and close to the centre.
