United KingdomMy only slight gripe was the aircon. It was very efficient and responsive at keeping the room cool BUT the panel on the wall is super bright and lit up the whole room at night! I ended up putting a piece of card over it just to try and dull the light. It's only a minor gripe would be a great feature as a night light for kids but I found is very distracting when I was trying to sleep.
The Prom Hotel was the the perfect location for a seaside holiday. The hotel was easy to find and they advised me on the best places to park as they do not have a car park. The staff on reception were very friendly and a special shout out to the restaurant staff who were handling breakfast, I've never seen such an efficient staff at keeping the breakfast well stocked! We had a twin room which was lovely, the bathroom is very modern and whilst the rest of the hotel needs updating, it's all very clean and well kept.

The room was beautiful. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront and a short walk from everything. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and had tips for the area when asked. We were upgraded to the suite from our deluxe room after the manager noted it was our birthdays. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel.
