The room was clean and comfortable. The property gardens were well kept. It is in a lovely quiet location to walk to Whitstable and Tankerton. Was nice to have our own access to the property. The parking outside was accessible. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Really lovely little place to stay. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. About a ten min walk to the beach and 25 into Whitstable. Easy to park. Great place to stay :-)

We had a small and understandable problem with the shower which the owners are sorting out.

It was perfect for our two night stay to visit a relative in care in Herne Bay. The room was spacious and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was peaceful. Parking was easy. There were nice toiletries and tea and coffee available. There was crockery, glassware and cutlery available if you wished to get a take away.

Located on a quiet road in a lovely part of Tankerton, just a 15 minute stroll to the harbour area of Whitstable. The apartment was self-contained and had some lovely touches, like tea, coffee and milk all provided. Very clean, and really good value.

The sink in the bathroom once filled lets all the water out. We think the seal may be loose.

It was ver modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and a lovely duvet. The host was very accommodating (for holding our luggage). We would definitely stay there again. The price was very affordable. The location is great and near to the beach and shops. Good recommendations from the host of places to eat.

Water in the shower was a bit temperamental / too hot.

Really cute little room with en suite and private entrance. Super perfect for a weekend away for a Wedding. Check in was smooth and easy, 10 minute walk to nearby shops and cafes, and about 25 minutes to the main high street (or a bus stop just down the road). Overall a perfect stay!

To be aware that the room is part of the hosts property (family home) if you want complete privacy it’s not possible. It was really hot when I stayed (summer) and a fan would have been really great extra, due you being on the ground floor it’s not possible to leave the doors and windows open,

It was a lovely clean room and well decorated. In a good location and easy to check in. I found it really helpful that there were a few bits like coffee and fridge etc.

If we're being very fussy a king size memory foam mattress would have been perfect! Just what we happen to be used to. However the bed was comfortable.

Everything was great. Appreciated milk in fridge and good quality tea bags! Great to have free, safe parking.
