The accommodation was lovely and the welcome very friendly, our room was quiet with a garden view. Nicola cooked an excellent breakfast and was a great host, pointing out some places to visit and helping with directions. The location was perfect for our itinerary and the local pub only a couple of strides away, serving excellent food. We would most definitely recommend a relaxing stay at The Long House.

Nicola wa very professional but friendly too. The breakfast she provides for ten pounds a person is wonderful. The Longhouse is everything you'd want in a beautiful Cotswold village. Very handy to the Longhouse is The Crown pub( only 2 mins walk).

Everything was fine for us. Note that there is no TV in the rooms, if you care about that. It is partially a private household, and if you don't want a too personal experience, this may not be for you.

Lovely bed and breakfast. We had two mid-sized rooms on the first floor sharing one shower (we agreed to that in advance). The beds were very comfortable. Our host welcomed us to the house, showed us how everything works and took our orders for breakfast. Since we were traveling by bike, she helped us store the bikes in a safe spot and kindly washed our laundry. The breakfast was the best we've had on our trip to UK. We were sitting in the kitchen with the other guests and our host was there and prepared everything we asked for, while answering all our questions and introducing us to the other guests.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was perfect and excellent value. Fruit, yoghurt, cereals, full English, toast, juice, tea or coffee. The host, Nicola was very friendly, informative and easy to talk to. The room was spacious and immaculate. The Crown public house and restaurant is only 5 minutes walk away which we thoroughly recommend.

The property was absolutely beautiful and quintessential Cotswolds. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was cooked to order and really good. It was our first trip to England and we really got to experience the Cotswolds area perfectly. The Long House was a center point for our visit and we will definitely visit here again if we come back. Highly recommended.

Nothing from our side, but I can imagine some might not like sharing a bathroom.

It was such a beautiful home, and we were welcomed beautifully. We may not have had an en-suite but the bathroom was all ours and just next to the room, so it felt like an en-suite. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I could not fault any aspect of the whole trip.

No bin in room. Although we had a private bathroom, it wasn't adjoined to the bedroom. No TV in room, which wasn't really an issue but unusual.

Beautiful setting and great location for visiting surrounding area. Host was lovely. Breakfast was well worth the money. Great pub with excellent cuisine in walking distance.

Great communication Really accomodating as we were wedding guests so needed an early time to drop bags off and get changed for the ceremony. Nicola was incredibly hospitable, provided everything that could be needed as well as a bountiful breakfast. Really good place to stay.

Nothing negative at all but points to note: 20 min walk from De Vere - looks like a nice stroll in daylight but not at night. Uber to De Vere was ok with carrot of a big tip! Very few taxis to take you back late at night but wouldn’t be a problem so long as you’re aware of this and plan in advance. Pub next door is closed on Monday nights

I stayed here whilst at a conference at the De Vere. It was so lovely and I’d absolutely recommend it! Incredibly clean, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast around the farmhouse kitchen table (£10 per person). Thank you Nicola!

Nothing - as good as a B&B should be!

Nicola was lovely - very friendly and accommodating when we called to change arrival time. Great location for walking but you do need a car, beautiful room and bathroom. Breakfast is cereal and/or cooked breakfast and yoghurt, fruit and drinks.
