    Within easy walking distance of town centre. Clean and inviting public areas. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Fantastic hotel room, great front of house staff.

    The only reason it’s marked down from a perfect stay is the response to my wife’s nut allergy. This should’ve been handled differently initially, but again the staff were amazing in resolving any concerns.

    Absolutely loved the hotel, very spacious and was in a perfect location, everything close by, has parking outside the hotel aswell which was really convenient. Everything was smooth, comfortable and clean.

    Loved everything, no issues however certain staff were really rude and treated us poorly, one of the receptionist we spoke to when we had an inquiry first said “yh mate what can I do” not even a hello or how can I help. So some could do with manners but the Arab/moroccan receptionist was really nice.

    The staff, the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean & comfortable, breakfast is very good

    The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A very pleasant attitude which is nice to encounter after a long journey.

    The best is quite soft as are the pillows so you end up sinking in and there’s not very good back support.
