Location.

The toilet brush and air vent in bathroom was filthy, the shower pressure was terrible, couldn't really describe it as a shower just a high rise hose! Bathroom floor tatty. hardly any choice for breakfast. One packet of biscuits between two people each day - really!

The location and the room was clean and fresh and overall, very nice. Staff were welcoming and warm and helpful.

The bed was springie and a little uncomfortable but clean and fresh. Breakfast could be better and more options, but otherwise, it was a good stay for me.

The host Adam. Nothing was too much trouble. Parking excellent and secure.

Location was good accommodation clean and tidy

Room was excellent. Vary large, with Kingsize bed, and a separate seating area. We chose a room with a balcony, and although noisy from traffic (we knew this situation) it was lovely to have the opportunity to sit outside, or just have the balcony doors open to let in fresh air, especially as it was rather warm. Breakfast was well cooked, and there was a very nicely prepared fresh fruit salad with yogurt . There perhaps could have been a little more choice of cereals and maybe individual flavoured yogurts to choose from.

The housekeeping could have been a bit better. We had to ask for clean towels after a couple of days, and once the old towels were left, and one day the bin wasn't emptied. Also, as we were there for 6 nights, it would have been good to have the floor hoovered a couple of times during the stay. If the housekeeping was better managed, then we would consider staying again, as staff and owner were overall helpful and friendly.

Bed worry fell follow it

Friendly,polite and helpful staff, spacious room,exceptionally clean, comfortable bed , good shower. Great location ,beach less than five minutes walk,15 minutes to central Eastbourne, half an hour walk from the sovereign harbour. Great base to explore from.

Excellent location very friendly hosts

Our room was nice and spacious and very clean.Nice view of the sea. Facilities in the room were what you'd expect. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The serving of breakfast could have done with a womens touch. Not laid out very nice. It was a bit unprofessional. No teaspoons on the saucer for a cup of tea/coffee. Ordered breakfast and was brought something completely different, which, to be honest, was very nice.

Clean

We stayed there for 3 nights. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Adam, Ali, and Mohammad tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Adam was very open to suggestions in order to improve the customer experience. We wish them the very best. The location was great and close to the beach. No issues with high speed WiFi.

Minor attention to details required, like a bit more organised breakfast routine. overall, nothing serious.

The breakfast was very poor. Very little choice, no menu, jam and butter still in their boxes straight from Booker Cash and Carry. Milk served straight from the bottle. Having said that the full English breakfast was good and hot as was the tea. The self service counter was not cleaned down during breakfast or the tables cleared
