We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The overnight stay was peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport worked well.

United KingdomI arrived at 11 pm. The transfer took me to my destination. Then I followed the instructions that the host of this location sent me. Since the location was very poorly lightning, I ended up in the wrong room, although I thought I was in my room because I followed the instructions. White wall, black doors. I wrote to the host for help, but they didn’t answer me. That’s why I ended up in the wrong room (as it turned out later), using the password that they gave me, but I was still able to get inside. I think it was half open. And that’s why I stayed there, since my room is 1. Since there were rooms 1 and 2. I thought that room 1 - it’s one of mine. Since the host was still silent and didn’t answer my messages, I checked in. Then, at about 2 am, other people came to this room. The family who knocked on my room said that it was their room, but since I thought it was my room, since the door code worked and the room itself was open, I did not understand what was happening and how they could also be in my room. I want to clarify that at that time it was already between 2-3 in the morning. I was alone, a woman in the room, I had a morning flight, I was very tired and stressed. The host did not decide anything, since in the end, when my room was finally found, as it turned out, it was simply further than this building. But since it was dark (there is no proper lighting either in the building or on the street) and the host did not indicate that my doors were the second doors at the end of the building and that room was half open (since my code worked). At the end of our conversation, I simply decided to give my room to this family since I was already sleeping in bed, and therefore they could not use this room anymore, which is quite logical. I simply decided to stay in their room and give them mine. But the point is that the room I paid for was bigger and had a bathroom inside, the room I mistakenly entered was smaller and had a bathroom for two rooms.
Just location was close to the airport.
