Rather too many ornaments and knik nacks for my taste and old sewing machine on floor by door to hall was awkward to negotiate at night in dark

Comfortable bed and good shower. Quiet location. All the basics for making simple meals and a good sized fridge. Outside table and chairs where you could eat breakfast.

Very comfortable & clean with everything required for our stay , the outside area was private with comfortable furniture for our use , fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed . The property has been well maintained with quality furnishings throughout the. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends .

There was nothing to not like.

A very comfortable cottage, excellent kitchen facilities, 2 places to eat, within the cottage. . Friendly owners, met on arrival and shown around , and wished a safe journey on leaving...those personal touches matter. Separate entrance and exit to the cottage. Superb location, very quiet .Close to places to visit

Would be better to have more space to put things. Owners treasures whilst lovely and homely mean limited space to put visitors things. And they can be a dust collectors.

Not a big issue: finding Bramble Cottage the first time slightly tricky as Notton Park numbering not logical (higher numbers eg 38 are near the school and no 47 comes after 35!) Also worth bringing a torch as parking area a little way from The Nest.

Character, quiet, well located*, good facilities and easy to work out everything (tv, WiFi etc). * easy to get to places, eg Castle Combe, see image.

Private cosy holiday annex in a nice rural location with everything provided for our stay, also one of the most comfy beds ive ever slept in. Only a 20 minute walk to the village of Lacock, a must visit to anyone who stays. Only stayed the two nights, wished it had been longer.

Wifi was poor, didn’t work most of the time. The phone signal in the property is poor so if locating there for work may struggle.

We liked everything 😀

From the moment we arrived and met our Host, Bev we were made to feel at home. The accommodation was lovely, clean and tidy. We didn’t make use of the kitchen but everything was in place should we have wanted to make food etc - this will not be our last visit, it was excellent all round - Five Stars 👍

Such a lovely little cottage. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Fully equipped with everything you need. Rural and very peaceful. We had a lovely weekend and would happily stay here again.

Only downside was wifi cut out mid movie when we were settling down, not a worry managed to use my phone signal for network, but that’s expected and was warned it could get iffy out in the sticks :)

A very nice cozy little place to call home away from home for a few days, bed was VERY comfortable all facilities were very good, Wallace the Duck was very friendly. :D
