Facilities were excellent. Kitchen seemed to have been recently renovated. Staff were very helpful and friendly and I was able to get into the apartment sooner than I thought. Location is right in the centre of town so I was only a minute walk away from the pubs and shops.

Nothing in particular, nothing that I could really criticise.

Quiet Mon to Weds nights in this location. Comfortable and v clean. Friendly staff. Lots of hot water for a bath. Nice welcome packs and basics provided which was great.

Access with luggage difficult lots of steep steps. No on street parking nearby, and if it was after May 1st, not sure where parking would be.

Location very good. Parking was awful had to keep moving the car from the Car park to the park and ride. None of the pay points excepted card payments since had to make sure we had cash. Should have had a car pass as it’s very costly.

Situated in the centre of town. The flat had everything we needed and more.

The stairs were a killer think the amount of stairs should be mentioned in the write up older people and disabled would be a no go

Access time far to late at 5 pm for travellers , entrance to property including hallway and beyond was dirty and ininviting, access to flat 6 was via 49 steep stairs, something not indicated on flat description,

Although being on the third floor may put some people off, we were fine with the stairs St Saviours Church chimes on the hour not a problem for us but worth knowing

Fantastic accommodation, view from lounge and bed comfortable

Cutlery & plates not very clean but most likely a very rare hiccup as the apartment in side was very keen. Communal entrance not very clean and tidy. However the amazing apartment and stunning view overtook these minor things.

Very nice apartment right in town. A lot of space, good view, all you need available. A lot of steps, but no issue if you are good by foot. Will get hot, if the weather is hot. But in our case we enjoyed the warm room in the evening, when it got a little bit chilly outside in the evening.

The pre-information via booking.com messages have been a mess. Sides and sides of text, repeated several times ….could not find the address where to get the keys. Parking Infos not very good. Have been tired after a long drive and did not understand the woman on the phone very good. So our start was mixed and cost us some nerves.

was bigger than expected. lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed.

we are both quite tall so the vertical ceilings were a little annoying but you get used to it.

location was incredible, outstanding property. clean, had everything you needed, bright & vibrant. wish it was my flat!

honestly nothing!

Lovely flat on the 3rd floor with wonderful view over the river Dart. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you might need. Very comfortable, close to waterfront, shops, pubs, restaurants. Co op next door for essential groceries. From October 1st most of the local parking is unrestricted, which was a bonus. Buses , ferries and steam train all just minutes away. Coastal path also nearby.

Be aware there is no lift There is no electric shaver or toothbrush socket, bring an adaptor if you need one. There is a washing machine but no clothes horse provided to hang wet washing, so we brought our washing home with us.

Great value for money and excellent position within the town. The views were beautiful. Stairs we're a little difficult particularly for taking the luggage up but the location and views made it worthwhile.

The view was wonderful, the apartment was very comfortable

The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep and many of them. Not suitable for less mobile people or if you have a disability.
