The room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed. It is very clean and the staff are lovely. Most importantly, biker friendly.

Great pub hotel. Its a pub hotel which has some really nice rooms attached. Staff are excellent and make the place. Breakfast is good and has a good choice. They dont serve evening meals but they allow residents to bring takeaway food in from a wide range of takeaways nearby and provide the knives, forks and condiments. Stay again? Yes !

The owner and his daughter were charming hosts. The staff were helpful and conscientious. If your a motorcycle enthusiast this is the place to be.

I cannot think of anything negative about the place. We will most certainly go back to stay. Thank you, to all concerned, especially the beautiful young lady, with the long blond hair and a little white dog, you were a complete star.

The room was brand new. I believe the owner is in the process of expanding the place. The work, so far, is of a high standard and, once finished, the grounds will be a bonus. We were made to feel very welcome, from the moment we arrived. The staff could not have been more helpful. They weren’t pushy, or overpowering, but, if we had any questions they were more than willing to help. The whole atmosphere of the place was warm and friendly.

Son's single room was very small.

Our double room was a lovely size and very nice. Free parking. Good breakfast with choice of cooked breakfast including veggie option. Staff were very friendly.

No food available after breakfast at present, but I understand that this may change in future. Beware that local restaurants finish serving relatively early (2030).

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere and friendly locals. Comfortable en-suite double room. Well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee making provisions available in the room. Good range of breakfast available. Nice relatively quiet location.

I had forgotten the hotel doesn’t serve food in the evening, but then there are 4 places to eat within 5 min walk of the Swan and they’re very happy for you to bring in a take away if you so choose. There’s nothing not to like.

Great location. Super friendly staff and patrons. Everyone’s very kind and accommodating. Lovely breakfasts, I was out during the day to comment on daytime feeding but there is plenty to choose from for evening meals. Nice beers on tap. MUCH cheaper for a beer at the Swan than anywhere else in town. Loads of TVs for sports and huge outside seating area. Also for motorcyclists there is a secure area around the back to store you bike.

No evening meals at the pub was the only disappointment

I was in the block of rooms next to the pub (room 15) for 6 nights. The shower was better than my one at home, the bed was very comfy. Staff were great, very friendly especially the cleaner who welcomed me every morning with very cheery ‘Morning’ and massive smile. She made my day. The weather was glorious and I loved taking my morning coffee next the babbling stream in the quiet early morning fresh air. Heaven! Also, very close to a Tesco (5 min walk) which was very handy.

Car parking was very difficult.. arrived around seven and couldn’t park had to part the car on the street and move it at around 11.

Lovely old pub, upstairs accomodation is super clean and tidy with great facilities. Car Parking onsite is a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended Brett. Australia.

There was free Wi-Fi, however, the connection was terrible. It kept connecting and disconnecting and so on every 10 minutes.

The staff was so lovely and accommodating. They accommodated our late check in perfectly. The facilities were fabulous. Very decent sized rooms and bathrooms, lovely mountain views. Very reasonably priced.

No sign for the parking🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Would make life easier when checking in. WiFi the rooms. QR code off the back of the router. Or change the password to something easy. Oh and no food in the evenings.

Room 6 is a twin room with bunk beds which reduces space (we were a couple travelling so did not need the bunk beds and would rather have the floor space). Also the room is incredibly hot (above the kitchen) with no way to control temperature (no thermostat, and really hot even with windows fully open). That said if you like that then this is the room for you. Extremely squeaky floorboards and the shower sounds like it’s about to take off!

Location was excellent for visiting family. Good cooked breakfast and dining times. Free parking onsite

In the room I had, although very clean, the bed could of done with a headboard to stop the pillows disappearing, otherwise we'll appointed for the price

Exceptional good value....the breakfast included was hot, delicious and plenty of choice. Staff were very welcome. Room was bigger than expected, very clean, and had everything that one would want. Would stay here again 100%
