The Old School House was a spotlessly clean and had all the facilities that you could wish for. For someone who normally stays in Hotels it was a luxury to stay in a beautiful self contained flat. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely comfortable place to stay. Very clean, really good size rooms. Comfortable bed in a quiet location. Loved there was a kitchen (all be it basic, just a microwave, sink and a fridge). Supermarket 10 min drive away.

The modernisation of a lovely cottage was great, the fit out was very plush. Amazing space, huge bathroom. Bed was really comfy as well, quiet and tranquil.

It could be just us, but when you're google mapping it, you must insert the postcode too as there appears to be a number of High Streets in the region.

Wow! What magnificent restoration/renovation done with thought and care with an eye for detail and comfort. Staying here is a truly unique and memorable experience. Best place we've stayed over 5 weeks of travelling. Highly recommended.

This centuries old manor was renovated beautifully by a skilled craftsman who paid attention to details and used quality materials while maintaining the character of the house.. We loved the fast and easy check-in, secured parking, high quality linens, LARGE shower, ample storage and TV with multiple streaming services. The hosts were delightful and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. We stayed 6 nights and weren't ready to leave when our booking was up. We will DEFINITLY stay here again when in the area. (The pictures on Booking.com are accurate)

After much contemplation, there isn't anything we dislike, and we are excited to return for when we visit Bath or Bristol again.

The modern renovation of this Georgian house was spectacular and kept all of the character of the building. The room was spacious yet cosy, and had all the amenities you could hope for and more. The owner Gaz made us feel like a welcome house guest. On the other hand he gave us all of the privacy to make us feel comfortable and at home. We would return another time without question.

A very easy place to stay on ground floor. It had all you need for a comfortable quiet stay. Lovely towels and bedding with soaps etc in bathroom. Nice to have spaceous rooms with exclusive use. Could sort my breakfast in the kitchette.. Fridge, kettle and microwave... Crockery and cutlery etc available. Ideal base to enjoy quiet area next to Bristol or bath if you want to explore. Bus stop adjacent and parking available. I. Didn't see anyone during my stay, but excellent communication from host in advance of stay. Would recommend to friends.

All within a substantial detached home, with off road parking convenience, and located in a lovely quiet and idyllic rural countryside setting. Simply superb and superior quality accommodation, and recent two-nighter stays pleasure to experience ! - What's not to like!

Very clean and tidy. A well presented large double bedroom on the ground floor with its own modern separate kitchen and bathroom. Was provided with plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee for our stay.

Lack of oven and hob is the only difficult thing, but I understand this isn’t possible in every property.
