We have stayed a quitevfew times and always love it. The accommodation is spotless and is very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Visiting wildlife is a bonus.

Sorry to have to say this, but a couple of dogs that were staying there, even tho friendly, we're not on a lead. I think that where there are other people and other dogs, they should always be kept on a lead and not allowed to run free in the grounds.

Everything, it was clean intact spotless and all that we needed was there, e.g. bed linen, towels, washing up items. Etc

Clean, basic, not cluttered, pleasant and comforting. Fantastic self catering facilities, We were blessed with wonderful weather so spent most of our time enjoying the outside front lawn, perfect for alfresco dinning. We love the children can play freely whilst in view. They had endless adventures. We saw a deer and a badger and love the walk down to the Ferrier Pub and pull boat over the water. We had a relaxing break and enjoyed ever moment.

It was all lovely. As a small suggestion it would be good to have a top sheet instead of a duvet on a hot night. Perhaps they were stored somewhere. But a lovely place to stay.

Lovely comforable cottage in a beautiful location. Well equipped and nice and clean. Walking distance to a great pub by the river plus plenty of other walks from the front door. The dog also loved it! Excellent base for exploring the area too. Symonds Yat rock is great. Lovely meals at The Ferrie Inn, Sacacens Head andThe Old Court Hotel. Very enjoyable holiday, blessed with fab weather too!

Great location for exploring the Wye Valley, with a beautiful garden, good parking and everything you could possibly need in the cottage to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A few minutes walk to the river and a great pub. A gem of a find!

The access route to the cottage can get a little congested if the other guest are being inconsiderate, but it's no big deal. Not really much more to complain about.

Great location in close proximity to nice walks, pubs, and the river. The host was available when we arrived and met us as we checked out. The property was phenomenal for the price. Something similar would easily be twice the price in Cornwall or the Lakes and Symonds Yat is just a beautiful.

We stayed at the Paddocks Cottages as a family group, booking 4 of them in total. Each cottage was lovely, they were all thoroughly clean, homely and had everything we could possibly want was available in the kitchens. Overall a lovely short stay was had in Symonds Yat, with a nice bit of garden out the front of the cottages which saw frequent visitors from deer, rabbits and pheasants. Thoroughly recommend.

Location and view lovely Cottage was clean comfortable roomy.Bedrooms were well appointed and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you might need and with dishwasher fridge etc of high quality

We have stayed many time at Paddock cottages. They are very homely in a beautiful location. We had beautiful weather which made the place even more lovely to be in. Both John and Tanya are perfect hosts. A wonderful place to stay and we will be back.

Lovely cottages, plenty of room and well equipped. Easy check in and out. Easy walking distance to pubs and leisure activities but would recommend a torch if coming back late at night across the fields.
