Traffic not being able to bring my dog in dining room being as pet friendly. Being a pup she didn't like being on her own in the room made alot of noise she would of been fine if she was with me..

Not a lot. Personally I found the steps from the car park a bit of a struggle, carrying baggage etc and dodgy knees.

Just what we needed. Quiet, clean and welcoming. Excellent location. Situated on the main road out of Minehead but there was no traffic noise in the room. Good parking facilities. We were on a motorcycle and we had no concerns about security. Very close to town centre and on the flat so no hills to walk up to get home to bed! We had a lovely airy room, more like a studio, and brilliant en-suite. The breakfast arrangements were very efficiently organised and the breakfast itself was fantastic. Many thanks to Chris and Sue, who helped to make our short stay in Minehead unforgettable.

My fault, booked twin room, which was on top floor, I'm disabled so was a trek, but my fault for not looking into this throughly, but lovely room and spacious en-suite.

Breakfast has so many options, but you get a A4 menu and tick what you would like, all done to perfection.

The Booking.com summary of the property said there was a EV charging station but this proved not to be the case.

Well appointed room, especially the en suite. Best breakfast I’ve had in years. Welcoming.

The Parks is well located for accessing the local sights - Porlock, Selworthy, Dunster etc and the High Street for eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was well-equipped and spotless. The breakfast was amazing - well-cooked and plenty of it! On-site parking was a bonus! Highly recommended!

    No complaints at all.

The hosts were very lovely, our room spotlessly clean and the pre-ordered breakfasts superb. Nice touch with the complimentary chocs, shortbread and fresh milk. Just a short walk to the shops and about a 15 minute walk to the sea front.

The suite of rooms was ideal for us, as my husband needs his own room, but others may be concerned that there was no view and people walking past could see into the rooms unless the curtains are drawn.

The guest house was very clean and the owners were most helpful and friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of little considerate touches such as free chocolates and toiletries. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The Parks was within easy walking distance to the centre of Minehead with it's shops and restaurants There was a little free private car park behind the hotel.

The couple who run it were lovely, it's just the two of them and they do everything themselves as it is only a small place, The price for a room for a night includes a breakfast. A breakfast that they have won awards for and they are deserved, as you are spoiled with a wonderful selection of breakfast choices. It is located in a lovely quiet road away from the town centre with a view of the Quantock Hills when you step outside of the guest house. The town and shops are a very short walk away that takes 5-10 minutes to get to the main High Street called the Parade.

We found the bed a bit too firm for us. Breakfast, while lovely, was too much. Everything else was great.

The room was comfortable and the welcome very kind. The location is perfect, very close to the main street with restaurants and bars but quiet and leafy. The hosts have a lot of guidebooks and maps of the area, which helped us pick a great walk during our stay.

Loved Dunster Castle and village, the steam railway trip, Watchet town and harbour. There are lots of lovely long walks to had but we were there only for 5 nights so we will have to come back again soon.

Sue and Chris were great hosts. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our room was large for a double. The bed was sooo comfortable! Good location with a short walk to town and a little longer walk to the beach.

What can I say? Everything went so well, beyond our expectations, there was simply nothing to rate as a negative.

The B&B was a lovely, quaint building on a not-too-busy street, only a short walk from all the attractions and necessities of the town. The room was delightful - a practical spacious size, with a double bed for my companion, a single for myself, and a spare single for all our bits & bobs. The staff were beyond accomodating - very friendly, quite knowledgeable of the area, and they even offered to start breakfast sooner than usual, to allow for our busy days out on the steam railway. Breakfast itself was so well organised - menus provided in the room to pre-order what we wanted each day, making things very streamlined in the morning. Excellent cooking, too! Overall, I'd give a rating of 6 out of 5. Can't recommend it enough. And we'll be sure to stay there again in the future.
