Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOne of the three rooms booked was very tired looking however the hotel is going through a refurbishment - refurbed rooms looked good. Would definitely return.
Great value clean and comfortable ensuite accommodation, friendly staff. Perfect location just off high street with free parking; minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. Great breakfast and 20% off food at sister pub 'Kings Arms' 5 min walk away.

United KingdomThe decor is tired, seems to be the case with all the properties the Akerman Group own. Some care and investment is needed to updated the interiors and other facilities adjacent to the main rooms.
Staff were excellent, location for Berkhamsted was well situated. It's a bonus that it has a car park. Rooms were clean and facilities worked.

United KingdomI had a room downstairs and it was VERY noisy outside my room after midnight (apparently a group of men had been out celebrating and were all staying at The Penny Farthing). They were also up early and very loud as they said their goodbyes. Another guest complained too (so not just me who had interrupted sleep)
My bed was comfortable, the shower room was spacious, the ladies on the reception desk were lovely and friendly. Car parking was appreciated.
