We found everything about the Prince of Wales as we expected, the location was excellent, bus stop about 100 yards away where the bus would take you into St Hellier. The room was clean and tidy, there was a steady supply of tea and coffee, also bottled water, with a fridge. The breakfast was excellent, a wide choice on offer and all fresh. The manager Lukasz and the rest of the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, always happy and just lovely.

NetherlandsNot a deal breaker, but the rooms are very warm. Luckily as I live in the island I went and picked up my electric fan from home, but we had to have it on the whole time we were in the room, also throughout the night (we stayed during a sunny week in July). Small AC units in the rooms would be a massive quality of life improvement. Perhaps they have electric fans available at the front desk, but we didn't ask.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices and quality are fantastic. Rooms are clean and cosy. Fresh bottled water every day in the room.

The Prince of Wales Hotel is a true hidden gem in Jersey. The views over the sea are absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful setting makes it a perfect escape. The staff are fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The highlight? A delicious full English breakfast enjoyed in beautiful surroundings overlooking the coast. Can’t wait to return!
