Absolutely amazing as always , nothing at all you could fault .. it would be good if there was a small fridge in the room but even without it we couldn't fault it

We had a fantastic stay in Blackpool! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were absolutely lovely — really welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, and my partner couldn’t stop raving about the granola, saying it was the best they’ve ever had! Fresh brownies were also a lovely touch, and the free parking was a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very cheerful welcoming from lee Ursula even allowed us to park/book in 2.5 hours early very easy to book in menu given on arriving for breakfast choices Complimentary banana cake which i must say was scrummy thanks you The room was beautiful beds comfortable and fresh room immaculate even had a bath which must say was lovely as only have a shower at home Check out 11 am and even gave consent to leave car on car park Thank you very much will definitely stay again when we come to blackpool

Ursula and Leigh were vary welcoming and lovely hosts. The property it self was beautiful and really welcoming the second you stepped through the door. Our room was a lovely size. Really good size bathroom. We couldn't of expected more. The bed was so inviting and it did not disappoint so so comfy. Definitely book with Redstone. Never took photos. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional greeting by Leigh on arrival with freshly made cake. Car parking 20 meters away. Room was spotless, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Made to feel like nothing was to much bother the whole time we was there.

Brilliant find. Instructions provided in advance were clear and spot on, found the car park easily a few houses away. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely breakfast. The homemade cake each day was a lovely and very welcome surprise. Ursula was very helpful information on an event we were attending too

USB sockets was the only item missing from the room.

Very impressed with room, clean, tidy and plenty of storage. Bed extremely comfy with crisp white bedding, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. Free parking up the road and was able to leave car until we went home.

Ursula was very friendly and accommodating on our arrival. Also gave us some advice re transport to the festival in Lytham. Lovely breakfast served by a chatty and friendly gentleman. Great stay.

Nothing, this accommodation is a little gem, location just off the sea front of Blackpool South.

Beautifully presented property, communication of information for the stay was exceptional prior to and during the stay. Private car park located a very short distance down the same road. Staff are very welcoming, polite, and courteous. Large spacious room with walk-in shower and lovely touch with bathrobes. Breakfast request made the night prior with choice of starter and then main, exceptional choice, also for vegans ( I was tempted!!, that good). Highly recommended as a stay for Blacklpool or surrounding locations.. Quiet at nighttime despite being so close to the sea front. If you need a stay in Balckpool or close by, book this accommodation, highly recommended.for an overnight stay or more. I would have no hesitation in staying here for a week if on location here or close by.

Everything - beautiful, spotless clean hotel in central location. Warm welcome from Ursula and team - breakfast fantastic and homemade cakes add a lovely personal touch. Fantastic furnishings and decor - everything to a very high standard and maintained accordingly. Beds super comfortable - not like me to say this given all my aches and pains!!! Parking an added bonus. Central location but always seems calm and restful whenever we visit.

Maybe a residents bar would be nice but not a deal beaker. Other than that everything was great 👍

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was spacious and Ursula and her family were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty to eat. Tea coffee and biscuits replaced every day in the room and there was cake just outside the breakfast room to help yourself. The tram stop was only 2 mins walk bringing you to all the major attractions.

Myself and my 6yr old son had a lovely stay' great location friendly staff the guest house was spotlessly clean very nice indeed room 8 very large well furnished with a very comfy bed breakfast was spot on smoked salmon poached eggs yummy.. oh and Ursula's freshly baked chocolate brownies were superb my little boy loved them I think he ate most of them 😋😁 would definitely stay again" thanks
