Every element of the guesthouse was excellent, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast.

Liked everything , the communication with the owner was great, the cleaniness was exceptional. Worth staying. Complementary beer and homemade cakes a very nice touch, the owner goes that extra mile , even though we only stayed 1 night. Will definately stay here again .

Absolutely amazing as always , nothing at all you could fault .. it would be good if there was a small fridge in the room but even without it we couldn't fault it

We had a fantastic stay in Blackpool! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were absolutely lovely — really welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, and my partner couldn’t stop raving about the granola, saying it was the best they’ve ever had! Fresh brownies were also a lovely touch, and the free parking was a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very cheerful welcoming from lee Ursula even allowed us to park/book in 2.5 hours early very easy to book in menu given on arriving for breakfast choices Complimentary banana cake which i must say was scrummy thanks you The room was beautiful beds comfortable and fresh room immaculate even had a bath which must say was lovely as only have a shower at home Check out 11 am and even gave consent to leave car on car park Thank you very much will definitely stay again when we come to blackpool

Brilliant good choice perfect service

Ursula and Leigh were vary welcoming and lovely hosts. The property it self was beautiful and really welcoming the second you stepped through the door. Our room was a lovely size. Really good size bathroom. We couldn't of expected more. The bed was so inviting and it did not disappoint so so comfy. Definitely book with Redstone. Never took photos. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

No WiFi up on the top floor only for my son I wasn't bothered 🤣

Exceptional greeting by Leigh on arrival with freshly made cake. Car parking 20 meters away. Room was spotless, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Made to feel like nothing was to much bother the whole time we was there.

Brilliant find. Instructions provided in advance were clear and spot on, found the car park easily a few houses away. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely breakfast. The homemade cake each day was a lovely and very welcome surprise. Ursula was very helpful information on an event we were attending too

Loved everything about this place, lovely welcome with complimentary beers and brownies. Rooms were spacious and absolutely immaculate. Breakfast was excellent, and the lovely waitress was fab. Would definitely stay again

Very impressed with room, clean, tidy and plenty of storage. Bed extremely comfy with crisp white bedding, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. Free parking up the road and was able to leave car until we went home.

USB sockets was the only item missing from the room.

Ursula was very friendly and accommodating on our arrival. Also gave us some advice re transport to the festival in Lytham. Lovely breakfast served by a chatty and friendly gentleman. Great stay.
