Not down to the property’s fault, however other guests staying at the property were very noisy from around 6am, sounded like they were rearranging their whole room above us for about 2 hours. The morning on leaving one of the toilets was in a bad state and had no toilet paper and bins were overflowing. Another guest also didn’t shut the door when they went to the toilet which led to a very awkward and uncomfortable situation when I walked in on them! Maybe the property could put more in place to avoid situations like this.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy.

The old building has hot in the warm summer but the window opened and it cooled down over night. There were some scuff marks on the carpet but for the price you can’t complain.

The price was very good, in a safe area with Canary Wharf v well placed to get into London. The bed was comfy, it was clean and the were no queues for the shared bathroom.

The bathrooms were outdated, broken tiles to floor, mouldy shower and bath, wrong sized toilet seat for the toilet.

The location was amazing, in a good area and close to a lot of restaurants. Worth the money.

Although the drawers are a bit broken and the carpets stained you can tell it's well kept and cleaned regularly and I even saw the staff cleaning when I left.

Lovely room for the money, had water and coffee/tea available with a kettle perfect after our long journey. The bed was lovely and comfy with fresh sheets and had clean towels waiting, extra pillows if needed. Little to no outside noise coming through and had good curtains to block out light, people also staying at the place were respectfully quiet I wouldn't even know if anyone was in. The bathroom was well kept and toilet paper well in supply and cleaning products for anything you needed.

With the bathroom I was a little bit on the fence, it could use a deep clean to get rid of like grime but it’s decent enough and it was fine for me.

The bedroom was very comfortable, like a hotel. Comfortable bed, wardrobe, table and chair. Felt nice to stay in.

It was so cold I developed a cough so the heating being so low didn't help. Also no milk to go with the tea and coffee making facilities

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Easy access to underground.

Everything else. The showers were moldy, there were no pans, oly pots with broken handles, the dishwasher was broken (by the looks of it for quite some time) and filled with dirty dishes, the oven was disgusting and every handle in the kitchen was sticky.

The room was simple, clean and had a TV. The cleaning man offered us a fan for our room. Nobody could've possibly gotten into the building, as the room as well as the front door are locked with combinations of letters and numbers. I contacted the owner of the place about the multiple things that bothered us and he answered swiftly and politely and said he's gonna get it fixed on Monday.(no idea if it ever happened, because we left on Sunday)

Not very sound proof so didn't feel private we could hear everything, people coming and going talking even walking down the stairs and down the corridor to the toilets. Felt abit run down. Draw handle missing the wardrobe door bangs as you walk on the floor also the roof top under our window was covered in rubbish and cigarette butt's.

Fairly clean providing other guests clean up after themselves. The location wasnt too bad good view of the 02 arena over the Thames from near the front of the property. Short walk to the underground so easy to get about. Less than 100 yards from a tesco express which was handy.
