The description of the caravan stated it had 3 bedrooms plus the living area having a sofa bed where as this was not the case; It had 2 bedrooms plus the living area with a sofa bed. Plus it stated it had a balcony which it did not.

The location of the caravan was excellent and it was very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and it felt like a cosy place to stay.

The only issue was that in the pictures and in people's reviews there is a section atl the bottom outside that is fenced off perfect when travelling with a dog. This is the reason we booked this Caravan, but when we got there it had been taken down. Apparently it was not allowed. So this was disappointing 😞

Probably the only negative was having to take our own bedding ( sheets and quilt covers)but fully understand the reasons why.

Excellent location on site,close to entrance and the side gate that leads to central beach.Plenty of extras provided including hoover,iron and board,drying rack and a decent sized fridge freezer... Plenty of room around the caravan, (2 cars worth!)Outdoor table and chair set.Roomy double bedroom with plenty of storage space.

Our 2nd stay in Ruby. Nice comfortable caravan, well equipment. Spotless clean. Great location, quiet site, direct beach. Excellent communication.

We have been coming to lido beach for years. It’s a Lovely site . The Ruby is a modern , clean caravan , in a good position- we went in October so had to pop the heating on a couple of times , and it was so lovely and warm . It’s literally a few minutes walk to the fantastic beach , and the nova centre , which my 4 year old granddaughter loved, especially the soft play . Will definitely be returning here.

The WiFi wasn't great it was very slow we ended up using our data rather than the Internet. We were sad to see that the enclosed garden is no longer there after it still being in the description, we wouldn't have realised before we got there if we hadn't seen the reviews close to when we were expected to go

Lovely little caravan in a very good location. It was a nice place to get away for a few days. Me my partner and our dog loved our stay and would definitely come back

On the photos it shows an enclosed garden which is why we booked this caravan but when we arrived it wasn't there anymore so this was annoying and we couldn't let our elderly dog have a mooch about without one of us there. The WiFi signal is poor. It's not got the comfiest sofa and the tv is tiny for the size of the caravan but they are minor complaints.

The caravan was pleasant, clean and a good base for what we needed. It has good storage for your things. The shower was really nice. The bed was a good size to but it could do with a better mattress but we did sleep alright on it though. The caravan is on a nice site which has access to the beach it also has a play area for the kids.

The info on the website defines 3 bedrooms and this is only 2 bedroom with 2 sleeping in lounge. This needs making clearer as it states 1 x double and 2 x twin bedrooms. I would have chosen a different property with 3 bedrooms. Also can be a noisy site as vans are close together

It was advertised on booking.com as a 3 bedroomed home but it is only a 2 bedroom van. The 3rd bed is a pullout sofa bed.

We booked this van for the location and it is dog friendly ! The owner was quick to reply to a query that I had! It is a comfortable van on a family friendly site with direct access to the beach. Close to town & local amenities!

Cleaning team appeared at the doorway at one minute to ten. Could have given us 10 mins to finish loading up and check the van, maybe start the next one. I guess it was the 1st van on the rosta. My puppy slipped through the iron gates a couple of times.

The most comfortable mattress was on the pull-out bed in the lounge. You can feel the springs on the others, so a few of us didn't get good sleep on our stay. Some decent mattress toppers would rectify this. Bring your own bed linens and towels - not an issue as such, but this info would be handy on the listing.

The caravan was clean and well equipped with a very handy enclosure to keep the dogs and toddler safe. Really good shower! There are cleaning / washing up products under the sink, a vac, and toilet roll in both toilets. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the blue flag beach and 10 minutes into Prestatyn. Staff were quick to reply to questions about the facilities. All in all, good value for money.

No little extras ie. Salt, vinegar, t towels, or things you would not think to have to take for a break away. Bin bags, etc. Also a lot of ants in the property although they had put ant powder down just drove the ants inside. Internet very poor. Cooking pots and pans were not very good. A lot or traffic up and down a 1 way road on site and several times trying to enter the site it was blocked while the moved mobile homes

Having the little outside space was good for the dogs. The quilts and pillows were very clean . Was nice but not a home from home.

We booked this accommodation last minute, late at night after cancellation of another property. There was no linen & towels provided, which is not reflected on the booking.com profile - we are not sure whether that was because of the short notice.

Close to train station & beach. Has a community hall / church where we met friendly fellow residents over bingo and church. Appreciated the WiFi.
