Super comfy large rooms with lots of nice attention to detail like the quality of bedding and the lovely products in bathroom. Staff so sweet and helpful. Liked the breakfast kitchen included with toast home made jams and cereal for if you don't want to pay for a whole full English.

We booked our breakfast at 9:30 but we got at 10:33. The we were pushed out by one of the house keeper, a young guy, who is telling me my check out time is 11:00… this is not pleasant at all.

The hotel staffs are extremely friendly. You feel so welcomed. We booked our breakfast at 9:30 but till 10:15 still not served. One of the girl just keep checking with kitchen and pushing really hard without us reminding her. Super sweet ladies!

We loved every minute. Beautiful large room, an home from home. Very comfy beds with crisp white sheets. Large cosy towels in the bathroom. The hotel is in the centre of Topsham and great that there is parking. We will be back.

I loved the comfort of the room along side the modern setting for dinner. Having a separate kitchen for tea and coffee was different and works really well.

We only stayed 1 night Sunday-Monday. The hotel has no resident staffing overnight on Sunday but the galley kitchen was available to guests and well stocked for breakfast and the venue is so convenient there is a good choice of nearby restaurants/pubs - although I understand that the restaurant at Salutation Inn has an excellent reputation and is well worth sampling. The hotel is quaint, clean and was very quiet. Car parking (if booked) is a bonus. The arrangements were seamless and their website is very informative so, no surprises. A very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location and facilities for business meeting near by. The estuary is beautiful so a walk before meeting was very pleasant. Would recommend and visit again.

Great location and a lovely hotel with a great restaurant. Parking for residents at the rear is a bonus. We liked the guests kitchen as an alternative to the full restaurant breakfast, great if you just want coffee, cereal and toast.

My room overlooked the main road through Topsham and was consequently noisier than I would have liked. However, this is a minor complaint.

The room was very comfortable. I had an evening meal and breakfast the following morning. Both were first rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

The website didn't mention the really good feature of an entire room of help yourself items of tea, coffee, toast, ironing board, at our disposal any time. Such a lovely surprise in the very high heat of our weekend there.

The staff were so polite and helpful - The room was simple but tastefully decorated and spotless. Loved the concept of a shared kitchen where you could self serve complementary coffee/ tea and toast. I didn’t use the restaurant due to an alternative location but the choice and quality looked amazing. Being central to Topsham it was a great bonus to have free parking on site.
