Probably one of if not the best place I think we’ve ever stayed. It was a cheaper last minute booking but even at full price I know we will be back and always keeping one eye out for chances to head back

No breakfast available. Would be good if it was an option but there was a cafe outside If windows weren’t overlooked by seating area for other guests , as got woken up with people talking outside early morning. Room has small windows for fresh air, so on really warm nights not much air able to get into the room. We asked for a fan and got one from a member of staff which was very good. Just a suggestion put a fan in the room for if needed

The bath, the smell of the room when arriving, luxury toiletries. A biscuit each with tea and coffee. Friendly staff in the pub and the cleaners. Room was clean and decor lovely

Very comfortable and full of character! Loved both the room and pub. The room was really nicely done, with serious attention to detail. Comfy bed, great shower, Loved the bath in the room! Pub is the perfect English Cotswold pub - lots of history and character and very well maintained. Delicious food and great service!

Great pub with excellent staff & really good food. Room was so clean, big & comfy. Location is lovely - pretty little village in a great part of Cotswolds. We had a pop up cot for our toddler which worked well & the bath in the room was a nice touch. There’s no breakfast but a lovely cafe just next door which did good coffee & delicious pastries to take away. Easy to park outside.

There will always be limitations with such an old building such as noise transmission from the heavy steppers above us but it’s as good as you can expect.

Well renovated and kept in good order. Very roomy with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries plus a bath. The connection with the hotel works well making a met al there the ideal way to finish the day.

Everything is great.

There is no breakfast available here but the pub is super cosy and does an excellent dinner. There is a great cafe 10m from the pub for breakfast. Would fully recommend.

Liked everything. No EV charging in the village but was able to pop into Cirencester easily enough.

Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Lovely size beds. Great shower. Food amazing

I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a month of traveling! Beautiful room with a great king bed and wonderful pillows. Great soaking tub and best of all…a Nespresso machine

The room was quite hot and dark, could have used a privacy net or blind so that we could have the light from the window as it was overlooked so needed the curtains closed!

No breakfast available, but great recommendations for local spots. Roll top bath in room was beautiful and a lovely luxury. Easy check in, amazing dinner and very easy parking right outside.

We booked in a meal once we'd arrived (separately to the night stay booking), and it was probably a tad more expensive than I would have expected, although the food and drink was pretty good in fairness, and the room price itself was decent.

Nothing at all -other than couldn’t find our way around remote control on tv- I know it’s my age but I can manage on our home tv - this had us occupied for an hour just trying to discover(we failed) what was being broadcast live!

Lovely large room with huge bath. Comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic. Northleach is a lovely Cotswolds village and it’s easy to get to other Cotswold towns and Oxford from the accommodation.

It's a wonderful old inn. Cosy, nice food, log fires. Lovely period room. My only advice is to bring some earplugs as the nearby church chimes a lot through the night. I usually take wax earplugs when I go away but forgot them this time! I'll definitely stay again... but will take earplugs. I know it's not their fault. Perhaps they could have disposable earplugs in the rooms? Just an idea. I enjoyed my stay.
