We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Genuinley one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Beautiful converted building which has been decorated to the highest (and cosiest) of standards. The location is perfect for Snowdon and set amongst the most beautiful countryside. The owner could not be more accommodating. Easiest 5 star review I could imagine writing.

United KingdomNo obvious signs to where property is but luckily owner answered call to direct us back to previous turn off. Unable to control heating which was a bit warm overnight. WiFi didn't work all weekend, owner tried to reset remotely but didn't work. With very intermittent signal we were a bit isolated. Unable to get birthday messages & had to resort to conversation with terrestrial tv offering. TV also had a crack and failed pixels. Think welcome basket is a lovely gesture but would be better with a small loaf, tea&coffee sachets & maybe a small milk in the fridge, but that's personal preference. bed frame could do with tightening, wobbles as soon as you sit on it. pen for guest book would help too
The property was gorgeous, really well presented & very quiet which was unexpected with being on a working sheep farm. Located off a main road it's easy to access attractions in the area. Just note, the postcode & map location takes you into the wrong farm, you need to turn into the galleries. also be aware there is a speed bump to access the drive which may cause issues with lower cars. Towels were provided for the beautiful bathroom facilities. could easily have stayed in the shower all weekend. You arrive to a lovely welcome basket. ours had red wine, lemon cake from a local cafe, 6 eggs, loose tea, a lemon & OOD butter. Comparing to other self catering properties we've stayed in, I was expecting some of the essential items to be available but understand not everywhere will provide this so make sure you take tea/coffee/milk & any other cooking essentials you may need for making meals which we didn't with only staying for 2 nights.
