Absolutely a very nice and clean environment, had no problems with communication with the owners of guests house, I definitely will be booking to stay again.Great location, only 5min walk to 1 of the popular beach, plus plenty of restaurants and bars and pubs very close by, very friendly staff and people, very popular for a hen/stag party destination, and if you're looking for a good time or even a more relaxed time then Newquay is a great place to visit

I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean! From the moment you walk through the door, it smells amazing and was perfect for me and my son. All the little detail and touches make a difference. Was very impressed, especially with the price and with the location! The bed itself was a dream and so comfortable. The owners are super lovely and make you feel welcome, reply to messages very quickly also.

All good in general. Just the room was a bit warm, and we found difficult to find free parking nearby most of the time.

On a main road, it was a bit noisy although traffic was much lighter at night.

We loved it all. . .

From the moment we arrived seeing how lovely it looked from the outside! Location was perfect for our stay, right near everything! Very quiet too. No road noise or anything! Self check in was easy, Our room Lusty Glaze was fabulous! Great size for us both with everything you need! So happy with the wide window, plenty of light. .bed was comfy and stylish. .bathroom was fantastic. .mini fridge was so needed, and great size too. . We loved the decor, attention to detail was amazing. . Whatever you use to wash the towels smells wonderful!! . . Lollys and sweets when you enter the guesthouse is a fantastic touch too. . As for Ben, what a wonderful,friendly dude. .you made us feel very welcome. You and your son are a great team. . . Thank you so much! . .we cant wait to return.. . . !

Just a few noisy motorbikes ruined it but otherwise the sound level was manageable after a long day at the beaches and surfing we were tired enough to sleep 😴 Air fresheners over powering for someone with a sensitive nose for chemicals

Beautiful room, clean, comfortable bed and decor was lovely. Just a bit of noise from the main road but ear plugs provided downstairs which was useful for my partner (I never travel without them) and he slept so much better with those so big thanks for that. Too many air fresheners in the hallways and in the bedroom for me (try to be toxin/chemical free) but otherwise cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and communication was so easy and helpful. Great set up, location so easy for beaches and town and as I say the room was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Love the vibe of this place

The apartment was located right in the city centre, in a walking distance from the local beach and Fistral beach. The room was clean and comfortable and we also found a little tray with selection of teas and coffees on the table. The owner was very nice and helpful!

Never experienced anything as good as this accommodation. Absolutely clean and fresh but hospitality was even more impressive. All parts of welcoming package were so cool, the location is great and easily commutable for someone without the car. Ben you’re an absolute star. Recommend you this all, shockingly good experience. Parking, but local council parking is available FREE after 4pm.

Really great location. In the centre, yet very quiet during peak holiday time. Well thought out even down to the personal shampoo, bottled water and tea/ coffee facilities. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent location and near the station and Wetherspoons! Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. We had a lovely stay, room was very clean, nice shower and clean towels. Ben was very accommodating and made sure we had a great stay. Room has fridge, kettle and milk pods. Perfect for a weeks staycation :)
