Everything! Staff lovely and friendly, breakfasts and evening meals outstanding. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Walking distance for strolls along the beach or to wonder around the village. Bus stop over the road. Room very clean and the bed was very comfortable. An amazing stay and we have already booked to go back next year for our 3rd visit.

Very clean & welcoming. Great location . Lovely garden. Spacious safe free car parking.

All was good, nothing to not like.

Nice restaurant and food was very nice. All the staff were very accommodating. Great breakfast. Large car park. Our bathroom had a bath aswell as well as a good quality over shower.

The bedroom was a bit tired and needs a refurbishment. The curtain on the bedroom window the lining was ripped. Both mornings our breakfast was delivered to the wrong table.

We were greeted with a smile from the outset, and the service continued to be top class for our whole stay. We had somewhere safe to park our bicycles, a lovely comfortable room and an excellent evening meal and breakfast. We could not fault the service or facilities snd we'd love to come back again.

The room was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, in fact we are experienced travellers and found our room to be amongst the very best we have stayed in in the Uk and Europe. The breakfast was superb and the staff attentive , helpful and always pleasant. We feel that your hotel represented excellant value for money and will definitely wish to stay with you again.

We would have been better suited to ground or lower floor rooms as we are elderly and have mobility issues. The climb to our second floor room was tiring and some what arduous when carrying suitcases etc.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of tea, coffee etc in the room. Breakfast was very well catered and the location was very handy for Bembridge.

Some of the fittings/ fixtures were a little worn/ dated

Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. An evening meal we pre booked for our arrival was tasty The location was perfect for our mode of transport which was buses The rooms and surroundings were all spotless. The staff empathized with our disappointment with our room,considering we were staying for a whole week! There was a local shop open until 10pm close by.

The carvery we booked for the Sunday evening was not available when we returned after a day out. The room we were allocated was not "fit for purpose" The two single beds were so close we could not even squeeze past each other to get in to bed or reach things. There was just one chair in the room so the other person had to sit on a bed when reading etc. There were very few surfaces to put toiletries etc including the bathroom. We had to sit on an angle on the toilet because there was a wall in the way! Photos included to illustrate the above problems.

The room was too hot and the fan was ineffective. It was summer but no way to cool room down. Apart from that it was good.

Room was dated. The bed was very uncomfortable- sloped on one side. The room was stifling even with a fan.

My bedroom was a rather tortous route to get to but I had booked late and was lucky to get a room for 3 nights.

The mattress had seen better days, needed replacing, uncomfortable! The bathroom in need of modernisation.
