The hotel was ideal for our requirements, and was well appointed.

This was a really lovely place to stay, staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was memorable. As we were visiting Yarm, it was a little bit out of the way, but not too far to spoil it.

United KingdomI thought it was nearer Yarm than it is so we could walk in, so a car was needed. The drive up to it is marred by building work though it didn't spoil our stay overall and I'm sure will be fine once building is finished.
Beautiful accommodation. Everything was excellent. The breakfast superb and staff lovely. The pub is a short walk away and food was good.

United KingdomSuch a great find. Located up a lane, away from the road, you could hear a pin drop in the night. Beautifully built, very comfortable rooms, bed was great. Lovely shower room. Staff were so friendly and breakfast fantastic. We were there to visit family in Yarm, Thornaby and Middlesbrough so this was a perfect location for us. Just a short drive into the moors too. We would highly recommend.

NetherlandsPersonally, the beds were very soft for me, but this is purely a personal preference for a firm bed.
The staff was very friendly and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. A generous breakfast was available every morning at flexible times. For overnight stays, the rooms were good with all amenities. Furthermore, it is a very nice and quiet location to stay.
