The Studio was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the comfy bed, lighting, and bi-fold doors. Thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and friendly.

Sink in bathroom too small. Standard 4'6" bed where most places now provide 5" king bed. Rack on wall designed as hanging rail with a note on it saying "do not use". Only limited clothes storage in room divider. Gutter outside room leaking so constant noise of dripping water while it rained. A simple IKEA wardrobe and chest-of-drawers would be much better.

Large studio - probably a converted garage/workshop. Good seating and flat-screen TV. Kitchenette well designed unit.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not close completely. The entrance to the gated drive was very tight, and then a further tight turn into the courtyard.

A beautiful one room apartment, tastefully decorated. It was good to be able to use the washing facilities. There was ample parking space.

Shower-room has no privacy, a loose toilet seat, a very small sink and a broken door. Whole apartment floor could have done with mopping: twice! No instructions for the microwave. Cutlery and plates not clean enough. Then, at 5am the sound of water splattering from broken guttering, so loud that it woke us up and we barely slept after that! Problems that could be fixed but ruined our stay. I would redesign the shower-room door!

It looks good inside but far too many problems.

Location was perfect & the facilities excellent. Very good communication throughout & it was a lovely comforting sight to pull up with the ambient lighting welcoming is in after a very long, very wet, very grey, very cold journey. Cant fault it.

Gorgeous apartment, I will be booking here again!! Perfect location for Ivybridge (which is what I needed) and a stones throw from Plymouth and several gorgeous beaches.

Bit secluded & a bit of a walk to get anywhere. Felt it wasn't very private as other cottages/ apartments all extremely close, very tight to get through the 2 entrances. There are no windows which made it very uncomfortable as felt like there was no air flow at all at night, would be fine in cooler weather but not so great when its very hot and humid. There is however big front doors that open the whole width of the apartment but we didn't want to do this due too privacy.

1. We were from overseas (Australia) so therefore could not just turn on the TV (Smart TV) and easily get any UK news/programmes/movies. Our accounts were Australian so could not get our Netflix for example. We did not have a UK TV licence or a UK phone number to open up any accounts. Luckily for us someone left an account open on the TV so we could at least get something other than Australian news through our systems. VERY frustrating for people travelling from overseas. 2. Can see and hear someone sitting on the toilet from main area as bathroom door unsatisfactory. Unpleasant. 3. Location - Very narrow lanes to get there (but that's life) - and not a private place as lots of people living within the view from the window/door. 4. Rubbish bins were obviously colour coded for recyclables etc - we had no idea what each one was for as had travelled from Australia - and system is different. Needs some more clues. 5. Would have liked an email for hosts - did text a message asking question about TV but heard nothing back.
