The room above us were rather noisy play loud music in the afternoon .that is the only thing that spoiled it .

We had a lovely time the hosts were very nice ,we had breakfast delivered to are room on a trolly ,cereals yogurts toast, followed by full English breakfast ,tea and coffee ☕️ absolutely delicious.

Whilst perfect for my partner, I prefer a medium firmness. It was hard firmness with a topper. This merely a personal preference though.

The view is phenomenal - grab some drinks and watch the dolphins from the balcony. The breakfast is fantastic. At 9am you get a trolley with orange juice, hot drinks, cereals, jam, toast, yoghurt etc. At 9:20am you get your hot breakfast - I had a full breakfast which came with two sausages, two bacon rashers, fried egg, beans, mushrooms, half a tomato and fried toast. Owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Great room in the heart of New Quay with friendly hosts - what more could you want! Next to a car park, 2 minute walk from the harbour, a lovely beach, you can see dolphins in the harbour from the window or from the comfortable balcony seating area. Oh and don't forget a 10/10 marvellous breakfast delivered to your room each morning! Would stay here again and again!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Could not have chosen a better place to stay our hosts were amazing couldn't do enough for us the views were amazing there was a balcony with comfortable seating even binoculars to watch the dolphins which we were lucky enough to see ,breakfast was brought to our room which was fabulous would definitely recommend staying here

Shower was a big snug, but still perfectly serviceable. Make sure you bring your own toiletries.

Nothing to do with the actual accommodation, but the car park was difficult, solar powered ticket machines that didn't work properly every time we used them, be prepared to have several attempts and to pay money but receive no ticket.

The location is perfect, and with the balcony too it's impossible to want more. A huge breakfast kept us going all day. The owners are very nice. Obviously it helps that the weather was perfect too, we were very lucky.

The whole suite was comfortable & the sea view was amazing with the added bonus of seeing dolphins , the comfortable balcony was an added bonus , & of course the excellent breakfast delivered to our room was very welcome , we will return 😁🐬

Parking could be a challenge in the summer if it's busy, but there are a couple of other car parks dotted around at the top of the hill you could use until you're able to move the car down to the nearest one to the property

The warmest of welcomes The separate lounge area from the bedroom The little fridge with milk and water provided and plenty of tea/coffee and sugars. The breakfast was amazing .. hot and fresh, and none of this Luke warm stuff you get in most places when you eat out for breakfast The decking area, while shared, is fabulous with views of the sea, and if you're lucky, the dolphins You can sit in the room by the dining table and still have the sea views The location is in the town only a stones throw away from the beach,bars restaurants and shops there's also a car park just 100 yards away
