Bedroom door on right didn't close properly.

Welcome pack with bacon eggs and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Bedrooms week a good size. Nice facilities and very quiet well away from main road traffic so very safe for dog to roam around safely. Dog bed a towel also very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

This cosy cottage with panoramic views over the Welsh and English countryside is idyllic . The facilities are more than adequate and the goodies in the fridge as a welcome gift were delicious. The proprietor is friendly and engaging and very willing to please. We loved every aspect of our stay.

For me and my wife the mattress on the bed was a bit soft and bouncy and difficult to get a good nights sleep. We did notice one or two cobwebs but I think that might be due to the fact that there had not been any guests for a week or two before our arrival.

Great location. The views were lovely and the veranda seating area on the 1st floor was great, Convenient parking. Plenty of information for the local area.

This is purely a personal comment and may not apply to other guests but we did find the settee and chairs downstairs to be very soft and - for us - were uncomfortable. anyone with back problems would have found them unusable.

The location was good and quiet with a beautiful view. However the instructions do need to say whether they are coming from Welshpool or the other way. Plenty of hot water in sink and shower. The host was easily available. Beds very comfortable.

Perfect stay. The house was spotlessly clean, with all the necessary accessories for cooking, grilling, cleaning agents in the kitchen and a few cosmetics in the bathroom. The owner was very nice and caring. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets if anyone needed them. The view was amazing, the area was quiet, no noise. I was very impressed when I saw eggs, butter, bread, bacon and wine in the fridge, a very nice surprise. Shops 10 minutes away by car, Tesco, Aldi. Everything you need for a good rest and relaxation. I highly recommend it.

It is a lovely cottage, extremely clean and with fantastic views. Some essentials were included in the fridge which was very kind and thoughtful. Caroline was very helpful too.

The view! It's outstanding; we spent hours in the living room/kitchen or on the balcony watching it change in the sunshine. The place is also very convenient for the Offa's Dyke path. Lovely cat visitor (Bob) & two calm, quiet labradors. Would stay again for sure.

Great location, good value for money. Host also left some basics for cooking breakfast, tea and coffee. They also let me charge the car (needed to calculate the cost and pay for that). Nice peaceful and tranquil views from the property.
